aportaciones<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Manuel Granados Covarrubias, el consejero Jur\u00eddico y Servicios Legales (Cejur) de la ciudad de M\u00e9xico, anunci\u00f3 en conferencia de prensa que se escuchar\u00e1n todas las propuestas de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil y ciudadan\u00eda para realizar cambios al art\u00edculo 41 de la Ley de Desarrollo Urbano, esto por instrucciones de Miguel \u00c1ngel Mancera Espinosa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa instrucci\u00f3n del Jefe de Gobierno ha sido en el sentido de acercarnos a la ciudadan\u00eda para que ellos mismos expresen cu\u00e1l es el sentido que debe tener hacia adelante el art\u00edculo 41, la norma 26 incluida, pero sobre todo, c\u00f3mo generamos el programa de desarrollo urbano\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Granados Covarrubias.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, hizo p\u00fablica la convocatoria a todas las organizaciones vecinales para que hagan las respectivas aportaciones en la materia, a fin de generar una mayor certeza jur\u00eddica y patrimonial entre los habitantes de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario capitalino mencion\u00f3 que en temas de desarrollo urbano, la poblaci\u00f3n es parte importante para generar equilibrio entre lo que ella quiere en torno a protecci\u00f3n de pueblos, barrios, centros hist\u00f3ricos y ceremoniales, y que eso permita ir avanzando en protecci\u00f3n de nuestra ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>La idea es que los vecinos hagan llegar sus propuestas de redacci\u00f3n de modificaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 41 y el ejercicio termine la primera quincena del mes de
