Los incrementos en ambos indicadores estuvieron impulsados principalmente por la contribuci\u00f3n positiva de la adquisici\u00f3n completada en febrero, una mejor\u00eda en la ocupaci\u00f3n y la apreciaci\u00f3n del d\u00f3lar estadounidense frente al peso mexicano.<\/p>\n<p>La Fibra declar\u00f3 una distribuci\u00f3n para el periodo de 0.3800 pesos por certificado que se espera sea pagadera el 11 de agosto de 2015, a los tenedores registrados al 10 de agosto de 2015. Se espera que los certificados comiencen a cotizar ex-distribuci\u00f3n el 6 de agosto de 2015. La distribuci\u00f3n representa 88.4% de los AFFO del trimestre actual y sit\u00faa las distribuciones totales en 93.5% de los AFFO en lo que va del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl fuerte desempe\u00f1o de Fibra Macquarie durante el segundo trimestre refleja los fundamentales positivos del mercado, as\u00ed como la continua ejecuci\u00f3n de nuestro plan estrat\u00e9gico; me complace reportar nuestro resultado trimestral m\u00e1s alto para los AFFO desde que Fibra Macquarie se fund\u00f3 y nuestro cuarto trimestre consecutivo de incrementos en la ocupaci\u00f3n.\u201d,\u201d dijo Juan Monroy, director general de la Fibra.<\/p>\n<p>La pol\u00edtica de distribuci\u00f3n actual de Fibra Macquarie consiste en pagar distribuciones en efectivo trimestralmente. El pago de una distribuci\u00f3n en efectivo est\u00e1 en todo momento sujeto a la aprobaci\u00f3n del consejo directivo de la Administradora, el desempe\u00f1o estable continuo de las propiedades en el portafolio y de las condiciones econ\u00f3micas prevalecientes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultados al cierre 30 de junio de 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fibra Macquarie report\u00f3 un incremento de 21.9% en los ingresos proporcionalmente combinados 704.3 millones de pesos por el trimestre terminado al 30 de junio de 2015 comparado con 577.7 millones de pesos en el periodo comparable anterior. Los AFFO se incrementaron 32.8% a 348.8 millones de pesos en el segundo trimestre de 2015 comparados con 262.6 millones de pesos en el periodo comparable
