{"id":21549,"date":"2015-07-27T09:57:06","date_gmt":"2015-07-27T14:57:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=21549"},"modified":"2015-07-27T09:57:06","modified_gmt":"2015-07-27T14:57:06","slug":"fibra-uno-va-por-cinco-portafolios-mas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/fibra-uno-va-por-cinco-portafolios-mas\/","title":{"rendered":"Fibra Uno va por cinco portafolios m\u00e1s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Consideran incluir uno compuesto por universidades y otro m\u00e1s de oficinas estabilizadas<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Con un valor de 10 mil millones de pesos, el Fideicomiso de Inversi\u00f3n en Bienes Ra\u00edces, Fibra Uno, planea adquirir cinco nuevos portafolios en lo que resta del a\u00f1o, mismos que ya han sido aprobados por el comit\u00e9 y cuyos anuncios podr\u00edan comenzar en las siguientes semanas y estar completamente integrados a su portafolio en septiembre.<\/p>\n<p>Gonzalo Rbina, director general adjunto de Fibra Uno, adelant\u00f3 que uno de ellos incluir\u00e1 universidades, como el portafolio Indiana, aunque tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1 analizando integrar uno compuesto completamente por edificios de oficinas estabilizados. Adem\u00e1s de que se analiza un portafolio bajo el esquema \u201csale and leaseback\u201d con un hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte Jorge Pigeon, vicepresidente de Relaci\u00f3n con Inversiones de Fibra Uno, estim\u00f3 que las adquisiciones utilizando la capacidad de apalancamiento con que a\u00fan cuentas y con Vertificados disponibles, suman alrededor de dos mil 300 millones de pesos y que adem\u00e1s, cambiaron la estrategia para anunciar sus adquisiciones, por lo que antes de hacerlo, dar\u00e1n parte a la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Competencia Econ\u00f3mica (Cofece).<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n destacaron que las propiedades que se desarrollan en conjunto de con eGroup, podr\u00edan pasar a manos de la empresa en los siguientes tres a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planean expandir Mitikah<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gonzalo Robina tambi\u00e9n habl\u00f3 de los planes que tiene Fibra Uno de hacer del desarrollo Mitikah, el mall m\u00e1s grande de M\u00e9xico, pues ya se encuentran en conversaciones con el terreno aleda\u00f1o para poder a\u00f1adirlo y crear un centro comercial de un tama\u00f1o similar a Perisur o Santa Fe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
