{"id":20959,"date":"2015-07-13T11:48:06","date_gmt":"2015-07-13T16:48:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=20959"},"modified":"2015-07-13T11:48:06","modified_gmt":"2015-07-13T16:48:06","slug":"hoteleros-de-mexico-invertiran-4000000000-de-dolares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/hoteleros-de-mexico-invertiran-4000000000-de-dolares\/","title":{"rendered":"Hoteleros de M\u00e9xico invertir\u00e1n 4,000,000,000 de d\u00f3lares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Se busca mejorar la creciente demanda de turismo en el pa\u00eds<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Hoteles y Moteles, Rafael Garc\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez, anunci\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de 4,000,000,000 de d\u00f3lares tanto nacional como internacional, con el objetivo de ampliar la infraestructura hotelera e impulsar los negocios nacionales y la llegada de cadenas extranjeras.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIbis, una cadena internacional que no hab\u00eda venido, ya va a invertir en 20 hoteles, se est\u00e1n programando cadenas que no hab\u00edan venido, se est\u00e1n haciendo tambi\u00e9n nuevas cadenas nacionales, creciendo mucho\u201d, mencion\u00f3 Garc\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n que se est\u00e1n abriendo los panoramas para hoteler\u00eda que vendr\u00e1 de Europa. Los primeros seis meses de este 2015 se destacan por una buena ocupaci\u00f3n promedio de habitaciones,\u00a0beneficiando al sector que genera 2.5 millones de empleos directos y 5,000,000 de empleos indirectos, los cuales representan alrededor de 9% de Producto Interno Bruto (PIB).<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que en el a\u00f1o 2009 la ocupaci\u00f3n promedio de cuartos era de apenas 46%, Garc\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez indica que este a\u00f1o esperan cerrarlo con 60 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana cuenta con alrededor de 18,600 hoteles y se aspira subir esa cantidad a 19,000, llegando as\u00ed a superar las 690,000 habitaciones para este 2015.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
