{"id":19118,"date":"2015-05-20T10:01:54","date_gmt":"2015-05-20T15:01:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=19118"},"modified":"2015-05-20T10:42:29","modified_gmt":"2015-05-20T15:42:29","slug":"informa-geo-que-sus-ingresos-cayeron-71-2-en-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/informa-geo-que-sus-ingresos-cayeron-71-2-en-2013\/","title":{"rendered":"Informa Geo que sus ingresos cayeron 71.2% en 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>La desarrolladora present\u00f3 a la BMV los reportes financieros que ten\u00eda pendientes \u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tras la suspensi\u00f3n de las acciones de Geo el 29 de julio de 2013, por no revelar la informaci\u00f3n solicitada en tiempo y forma, la desarrolladora de vivienda present\u00f3 a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) los reportes financieros que ten\u00eda pendientes desde ese a\u00f1o, lo cual es un avance en su retorno al mercado de valores.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque a\u00fan quedan pendientes los reportes correspondientes a 2014 y al primer trimestre de 2015, Geo inform\u00f3 las cifras obtenidas en el segundo trimestre de 2013, a\u00f1o en el que se vio inmersa en diversos problemas financieros, lo cual se refleja en la ca\u00edda de sus ingresos en 71.2 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>En cantidad represent\u00f3 5,500.5 millones de pesos como resultado de la entrega de 15,770 viviendas, cifra menor a las unidades comercializada un a\u00f1o previo, cuando entreg\u00f3 55,485 de ellas.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los 69 proyectos activos que Geo ten\u00eda al 31 de marzo de 2013, se finalizaron 8 y 54 se suspendieron ante la falta de financiamiento; al cierre de dicho a\u00f1o solamente operaban siete.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, su flujo de operaci\u00f3n baj\u00f3 127.8% en 2013, a 19,738.4 millones de pesos y las p\u00e9rdidas netas en 2013 fueron de 19,117 millones.<\/p>\n<p>Para que la BMV levante la suspensi\u00f3n de la cotizaci\u00f3n de las acciones deber\u00e1 cumplir con los motivos por los que fue suspendida y la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) deber\u00e1 emitir un documento a la Bolsa en donde indique el levantamiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
