ubicada cerca de Salina Cruz, en el estado de Oaxaca<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex) ha seleccionado a Abengoa y a la italiana Enel, para llevar a cabo una planta de cogeneraci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda en M\u00e9xico de 517 megavatios (MW) y 850 toneladas por hora de vapor, que permitir\u00e1 generar y suministrar energ\u00eda limpia tanto a la refiner\u00eda como al\u00a0Sistema El\u00e9ctrico Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>La inversi\u00f3n \u00a0total para este proyecto ser\u00e1 de m\u00e1s de 950 millones de d\u00f3lares y estar\u00e1 ubicada cerca de Salina Cruz, en el estado de Oaxaca, en la refiner\u00eda Antonio Doval\u00ed Jaime, propiedad de Pemex Refinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Dicha planta suministrar\u00e1 electricidad y vapor, comercializando la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica sobrante, ya que el objetivo de la misma es aportar energ\u00eda competitiva, estable y sostenible, lo que ayudar\u00e1 a reducir en 50% los niveles de emisiones de gases efecto invernadero para el a\u00f1o 2050.<\/p>\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de esta planta servir\u00e1 como catalizador del desarrollo socioecon\u00f3mico regional, creando
