{"id":18438,"date":"2015-04-28T10:35:08","date_gmt":"2015-04-28T15:35:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=18438"},"modified":"2015-04-28T10:35:08","modified_gmt":"2015-04-28T15:35:08","slug":"sube-standard-poors-calificacion-a-ruba-de-mxa-a-mxa-con-perspectiva-estable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/saladeprensa\/sube-standard-poors-calificacion-a-ruba-de-mxa-a-mxa-con-perspectiva-estable\/","title":{"rendered":"Sube Standard &#038; Poor\u2019s calificaci\u00f3n a Ruba:\u00a0de \u201cmxA-\u201d a \u201cmxA\u201d, con perspectiva Estable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>La viviendera chihuahuense \u201cmuestra una fuerte posici\u00f3n de mercado y un mejor\u00a0<\/em><em>desempe\u00f1o financiero y operativo\u201d, dictamina la agencia calificadora\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9xico, DF, abril 28 de 2015.\u00a0Ruba dio a conocer hoy que la calificadora Standard &amp; Poor\u2019s (S&amp;P) mejor\u00f3 su calificaci\u00f3n de riesgo crediticio de largo plazo en escala nacional al pasarla desde \u2018mxA-\u2019 a \u2018mxA\u2019, y la perspectiva la mantuvo en Estable.<\/p>\n<p>Jes\u00fas Sandoval Armenta, director general de la viviendera mexicana, expres\u00f3 su satisfacci\u00f3n por el logro en la mejora de la calificaci\u00f3n por esta agencia internacional \u2013cuyo reporte public\u00f3 el d\u00eda 24 de abril&#8211;, \u201clo cual implica un reconocimiento al manejo de las finanzas de la desarrolladora, al fortalecimiento de su posici\u00f3n en el mercado y al crecimiento en resultados operativos e indicadores financieros por arriba de lo esperado en 2014\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El directivo coment\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que, seg\u00fan el reporte de S&amp;P, el ascenso en la calificaci\u00f3n \u201crefleja el exitoso historial de prudentes y conservadoras estrategias de negocio de Ruba, las cuales generaron en 2014 un importante crecimiento en unidades escrituradas, ingresos, utilidad neta y flujos de efectivo positivos que permitieron fortalecer su posici\u00f3n de mercado y ubicarse dentro de las 5 desarrolladoras de vivienda m\u00e1s importantes del pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, S&amp;P menciona en el reporte que \u201cen 2014, Ruba tuvo mejores resultados que el a\u00f1o anterior, al mostrar un alto crecimiento de dos d\u00edgitos en sus ingresos y un mejor margen de EBITDA. Este desempe\u00f1o se debi\u00f3 al incremento de 25% en las unidades vendidas, a la disponibilidad de cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios, a los incentivos del Gobierno Federal y a la buena administraci\u00f3n y control de costos de la desarrolladora de vivienda\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, \u201cRuba mantuvo un s\u00f3lido nivel de generaci\u00f3n positiva de flujo de efectivo, lo que aument\u00f3 su liquidez\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Standard &amp; Poor\u2019s consider\u00f3 en su comunicado de la semana pasada que \u201cRuba tiene la flexibilidad operativa para tomar oportunidades del mercado en el segmento de ingreso medio, que se espera represente una mayor proporci\u00f3n de sus unidades vendidas e ingresos al cierre de 2015\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, S&amp;P resalt\u00f3 que \u201csu buen reconocimiento de marca, su s\u00f3lida posici\u00f3n en los mercados en los que opera y su experiencia en la adquisici\u00f3n de reserva de tierra estrat\u00e9gicamente ubicada deber\u00e1 traducirse en un fortalecimiento de su posici\u00f3n de mercado en los siguientes a\u00f1os\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Sandoval Armenta dijo que \u201clas decisiones tomadas en los \u00faltimos 5 a\u00f1os nos llevaron a ser m\u00e1s eficientes y productivos, lo que nos permiti\u00f3 sacar ventaja de las oportunidades del mercado en 2014.
