hotelero en M\u00e9xico es una realidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>De las 20,000 nuevas habitaciones que tendr\u00e1 el pa\u00eds en los pr\u00f3ximos 2 a\u00f1os la mitad se ubicar\u00e1n en tres ciudades <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La firma Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL), prev\u00e9 seg\u00fan sus \u00faltimas estad\u00edsticas que dentro de 2 a\u00f1os el crecimiento en demanda hotelera ser\u00e1 de 20,000 habitaciones, lo que representa un aumento del 6% a las 350,800 existentes, adem\u00e1s de que se concentrar\u00e1n en un 50% dentro de las ciudades de Los Cabos, la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y Canc\u00fan.<\/p>\n<p>El vicepresidente Senior de JLL, \u00a0Alfonso de Gortari, coment\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de los nuevos cuartos de hotel se ubicar\u00e1n en la categor\u00eda de viajeros negocios y de lujo porque los desarrolladores quieren aprovechar gran movimiento de turistas que realizan negocios en estas entidades.<\/p>\n<p>En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, Canc\u00fan, Los Cabos y Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, fueron las ciudades que tuvieron myor ocupaci\u00f3n en sus habitaciones, lo que dio como un incremento en los negocios e ingresos por lo cual se han vuelto atractivas para los desarrolladores.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte la ciudad de Los Cabos \u00a0cuenta con la tasa promedio de visitantes m\u00e1s alta de todo el pa\u00eds, pero a los problemas relacionados con los distintos fen\u00f3menos naturales que se han presentado en la entidad como el hurac\u00e1n Odile<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que el crecimiento promedio antes de los fen\u00f3menos naturales en Los Cabos era de un 18%, comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo per\u00edodo de tiempo de 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de los complejos hoteleros que entrar\u00e1n en funcionamiento para 2017 se espera a el hotel Sofitel Mexico City Reforma con 298 habitaciones, el Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Canc\u00fan con 1,800 habitaciones y el\u00a0Hard Rock Los Cabos\u00a0con 600
