{"id":17591,"date":"2015-03-31T14:22:19","date_gmt":"2015-03-31T20:22:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=17591"},"modified":"2015-03-31T17:25:20","modified_gmt":"2015-03-31T23:25:20","slug":"coparmex-a-favor-de-medidas-a-favor-de-viviendas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/coparmex-a-favor-de-medidas-a-favor-de-viviendas\/","title":{"rendered":"Favorables, medidas para construir viviendas: Coparmex"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>El organismo considera<\/em><em> que con la estrategia se rebasar\u00e1 el monto de inversiones que ascender\u00edan a \u00a0370 mil millones de pesos<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Juan Pablo Casta\u00f1\u00f3n, presidente de la Confederaci\u00f3n Patronal de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana (Coparmex) consider\u00f3 positivo el est\u00edmulo fiscal del100% \u00a0de IVA a proveedores de servicios para la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda anunciado recientemente por el gobierno federal.<\/p>\n<p>En su mensaje semanal, el presidente del organismo c\u00fapula record\u00f3 que la medida se suma a otras previamente dadas por el Gobierno Federal en materia fiscal que impulsan el sector vivienda y que entraron en vigor a principios de a\u00f1o y que todas, en su conjunto, beneficiar\u00e1 a familias con ingresos m\u00ednimos.<\/p>\n<p>Expuso que se espera un impacto favorable en el sector mediante facilidades para regularizar adeudos fiscales de peque\u00f1as empresas proveedoras, as\u00ed como una mayor facilidad para el financiamiento de las familias que necesitan una casa.<\/p>\n<p>Se dijo convencido que con la estrategia, se rebasar\u00e1 el monto de inversiones esperadas en el sector, que ascender\u00edan a \u00a0370 mil millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que la industria inmobiliaria es una actividad econ\u00f3mica que puede detonar otros sectores y potenciar el crecimiento en el pa\u00eds, ya que casi dos terceras partes de las ramas de la econom\u00eda se relacionan directamente con la industria de la vivienda, lo que le permite ser la base de la planeaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica regional.<\/p>\n<p>Refrend\u00f3 el compromiso del sector empresarial de trabajar con el Consejo Nacional de Vivienda para fortalecer la econom\u00eda por la v\u00eda de un programa nacional de desarrollo regional, y se manifest\u00f3 por la creaci\u00f3n de un consejo nacional de ciudades en torno al mismo tema.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior, dijo sentar\u00eda las bases para trabajar en una reforma urbana, al alinear aspectos vitales para el desarrollo social que propicie el crecimiento ordenado y sustentable en cada regi\u00f3n del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La Coparmex a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n plante\u00f3 revisar el esquema de subsidios, el ahorro voluntario de los trabajadores, as\u00ed como la movilidad y portabilidad de hipotecas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
