Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi) en conjunto con la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Mejora Regulatoria, realizan un estudio que tiene como objetivo identificar los municipios que han mostrado dificultades en tr\u00e1mites de construcci\u00f3n para los desarrolladores de vivienda, y poder reducir el impacto en el precio de unidades.<\/p>\n<p>Paloma Silva, directora general de Conavi, explic\u00f3 que una vez\u00a0 que se ubiquen los municipios se buscar\u00e1 homogenizar los tr\u00e1mites\u00a0 y crear ventanillas \u00fanicas con el fin de agilizar el consenso.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abVamos a trabajar con cada uno de los gobiernos para que reduzcan la tramitolog\u00eda, para que ahorren costos, tiempo y homogenicen tr\u00e1mites\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3,\u00a0 que para el tercer trimestre del a\u00f1o (3T15), espera\u00a0 que ya se cuente con un mapeo de los tr\u00e1mites de los 65 municipios, en los que se podr\u00edan construir m\u00e1s viviendas en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, conforme a los planes y demanda de inversi\u00f3n de las constructoras.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad, la realizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites representa entre el 8 y 16% del valor total de una vivienda dependiendo del municipio donde se encuentra, la homogenizaci\u00f3n pretende reducir este porcentaje.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tambi\u00e9n se contempla la
