{"id":17295,"date":"2015-03-24T13:47:34","date_gmt":"2015-03-24T19:47:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=17295"},"modified":"2015-03-24T13:47:34","modified_gmt":"2015-03-24T19:47:34","slug":"presenta-gdf-programas-sociales-en-madrid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/actualidad\/presenta-gdf-programas-sociales-en-madrid\/","title":{"rendered":"Presenta GDF programas sociales en Madrid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Se busca fortalecer la democracia y transparencia mediante el uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante su participaci\u00f3n en la XV Conferencia Anual Del Observatorio Internacional de Democracia Participativa (OIDP), Rosa Icela Rodr\u00edguez, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social (Sedeso), expuso el programa General de Desarrollo 2013-1018 de la actual administraci\u00f3n y los cinco ejes que esta contempla, y con los que se busca fortalecer la participaci\u00f3n de los habitantes de la ciudad de M\u00e9xico y la democracia.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho documento responde a la demanda ciudadana de avanzar en materia de transparencia y haciendo uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas a fin de que la poblaci\u00f3n pueda acceder a sus servicios de manera simple y \u00e1gil, y contempla cinco Ejes Transversales:<\/p>\n<p>Eje 1. Equidad e Inclusi\u00f3n Social para el Desarrollo Humano<br \/>\nEje 2. Gobernabilidad, Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana<br \/>\nEje 3. Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico Sustentable<br \/>\nEje 4. Habitabilidad y Servicios, Espacio P\u00fablico e Infraestructura<br \/>\nEje 5. Efectividad, Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas y Combate a la Corrupci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>La secretaria de Desarrollo Social, destac\u00f3 los 148 programas que se aplican en la ciudad y en los que participan vecinos de todas las colonas, adem\u00e1s de organizaciones de la sociedad civil, instituciones de asistencia privada y otros actores, quienes se suman al fortalecimiento del tejido social.<\/p>\n<p>En la mesa de discusi\u00f3n participaron el presidente del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, \u00c1ngel Garrido; la delegada del \u00c1rea de Gobierno de Familia, Servicios Sociales y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, Dolores Navarro. As\u00ed como el Comisionado de Participaci\u00f3n y Asociacionismo del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, Carles Agust\u00ed Hern\u00e1ndez, y el Secretario General de la Uni\u00f3n de Ciudades Capitales Luso-Afro-Am\u00e9rico-Asi\u00e1tico (UCCLA), Vitor Manuel Sampaio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
