Se prev\u00e9 la instalaci\u00f3n de 4 nuevos hoteles dentro del centro hist\u00f3rico del estado durante 2015<\/em><\/p>\n

Miguel Cha\u00edn Carrillo, secretario de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico de Puebla, inform\u00f3 que el gobierno de la entidad tiene presupuestado la edificaci\u00f3n de 4 nuevos hoteles dentro del centro hist\u00f3rico de la ciudad para este 2015, siendo un hotel de la marca Holiday Inn, el cual se ubicar\u00e1 avenida 2 Poniente, entre la 9 y 11 Norte el primero en iniciar con sus funciones.<\/p>\n

Cha\u00edn Carrillo coment\u00f3 que los consorcios hoteleros mejorar\u00e1n la econom\u00eda de la ciudad, aunque los montos de inversi\u00f3n a\u00fan se analizan. Tambi\u00e9n explic\u00f3 que al tratarse construcciones muy cercanas a la zona de monumentos, el ayuntamiento se encuentre estudiando los proyectos a fin de que estos no da\u00f1en la arquitectura de la zona de la capital poblana, la cual cuenta con el distintivo de patrimonio de la humanidad otorgado por la UNESCO.<\/p>\n

Por su parte Jos\u00e9 Antonio Gali Fayad, presidente municipal de la ciudad, \u00a0confirm\u00f3 que la edificaci\u00f3n del Holiday Inn, en el primer cuadro de la capital poblana contar\u00e1 con una inversi\u00f3n aproximada a los 150<\/a> millones de pesos, por tal motivo asegur\u00f3 que se ha buscado la manera de facilitar todos los tr\u00e1mites y permisos a los inversionistas de esos nuevos hoteles, los cuales se enfocar\u00e1n al turismo de negocios.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo recalc\u00f3 que se tiene previsto para finales de 2015 contar con los montos exactos de las inversiones, para despu\u00e9s de concluida esta etapa se contin\u00fae con la construcci\u00f3n de los edificios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
