Ante este escenario, el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico impulsa el Programa Nacional de Vivienda 2026-2030, que contempla acciones para reducir el d\u00e9ficit habitacional y fortalecer los mecanismos de financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la actividad constructiva registra un incremento. Seg\u00fan el Registro \u00danico de Vivienda (RUV), entre enero y agosto de 2026 se registraron 321,511 viviendas, cifra 2.5 veces superior a la observada durante el mismo periodo de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, el RUV report\u00f3 que en agosto de este a\u00f1o se encontraban en <strong>proceso de construcci\u00f3n 254,485 viviendas<\/strong>, lo que muestra el volumen de proyectos que actualmente avanzan dentro del mercado habitacional.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el \u00cdndice SHF de Precios de la Vivienda se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante el primer semestre de 2026 los precios de la vivienda registraron un incremento promedio anual de 7.9% a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, SHF mantiene acciones orientadas a fortalecer los mecanismos de financiamiento para la construcci\u00f3n
