Lo que refleja el crecimiento sostenido en el precio de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Solamente, en el segundo trimestre del a\u00f1o, el \u00edndice report\u00f3 un incremento de\u00a0<strong>7.3% a nivel nacional<\/strong>, en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<h2>Precio promedio de la vivida alcanza 1.9 mdp<\/h2>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del \u00cdndice SHF de Precios de la Vivienda en M\u00e9xico, el organismo destac\u00f3 que, entre enero y junio de este a\u00f1o, el valor promedio de aval\u00fao de una vivienda a nivel nacional se ubic\u00f3 en <strong>1,960,032 pesos<\/strong>, correspondiente al valor de una vivienda media.<\/p>\n<p>La distribuci\u00f3n de las operaciones hipotecarias muestra diferencias en el valor de las viviendas. <strong>25% de las operaciones<\/strong> se realizaron por debajo de <strong>843,000 pesos<\/strong>, mientras que el 50% de las operaciones se concentr\u00f3 en la mediana del valor de aval\u00fao: 1,299,580 pesos, por \u00faltimo, SHF destac\u00f3 que el <strong>75% de las viviendas<\/strong> fueron valuadas en menos de <strong>2,226,101 pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-163500\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2026-08-12-130121.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"684\" height=\"132\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2026-08-12-130121.png 684w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2026-08-12-130121-300x58.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 684px) 100vw, 684px\" \/>\n<h2><strong>Vivienda nueva registra mayor crecimiento<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Por segmento, la <strong>vivienda nueva<\/strong> present\u00f3 el mayor incremento durante el primer semestre, con un avance de <strong>8.3%<\/strong>, frente al crecimiento de <strong>7.5%<\/strong> registrado por la vivienda usada.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la tipolog\u00eda, las <strong>casas solas<\/strong> registraron un crecimiento de <strong>8.4%<\/strong>, mientras que el \u00edndice correspondiente a <strong>casas en condominio y departamentos<\/strong>, considerados de manera conjunta, aument\u00f3 <strong>7.4%<\/strong> entre enero y junio.<\/p>\n<p>Por nivel de vivienda, el segmento <strong>econ\u00f3mico-social<\/strong> present\u00f3 el mayor crecimiento, con un aumento de <strong>10%<\/strong> durante el primer semestre. En contraste, la vivienda <strong>media-residencial<\/strong> registr\u00f3 una apreciaci\u00f3n de <strong>6.7 por ciento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El valor de
