marcado por cambios en la demanda, variaciones en la disponibilidad y nuevos patrones de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, los datos muestran la concentraci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica de la inversi\u00f3n y las din\u00e1micas que redefinen al sector, desde la participaci\u00f3n de industrias clave hasta la proyecci\u00f3n de nuevo inventario para los pr\u00f3ximos trimestres.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Inversi\u00f3n concentrada en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/h2>\n<a fuerte concentraci\u00f3n en CDMX, l\u00edder en proyectos y capital invertido.<\/p>\n<p>En conjunto, los proyectos suman m\u00e1s de 233,000 m\u00b2 construidos y generan m\u00e1s de 3,200 empleos directos e indirectos.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Menor disponibilidad y se\u00f1ales de absorci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<a refleja una mejora gradual en la absorci\u00f3n de espacios.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Absorci\u00f3n a la baja y freno en nuevo inventario<\/strong><\/h2>\n<a
