En conjunto, estos desarrollos generan 69,539 empleos y representan el 21.2% de la inversi\u00f3n total del organismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nivel regional, el Sur-Sureste concentra la mayor actividad. En esta zona se desarrollan 17 proyectos, que agrupan m\u00e1s de la mitad de la inversi\u00f3n tur\u00edstica de la ADI. Esta concentraci\u00f3n responde al dinamismo de destinos como Quintana Roo, que lidera la captaci\u00f3n de capital y la generaci\u00f3n de empleo dentro del sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por entidad federativa, Quintana Roo encabeza la inversi\u00f3n nacional con 45.9% del total, seguido por Jalisco y Nayarit. En contraste, mercados como Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Yucat\u00e1n y Guerrero registran una participaci\u00f3n menor, aunque mantienen proyectos en desarrollo que contribuyen a diversificar la oferta 58.3%<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sector hotelero consolida su recuperaci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico, con una ocupaci\u00f3n promedio nacional de 58.3% en 2025, cifra que confirma una tendencia de crecimiento sostenido tras la ca\u00edda registrada en 2020. A partir de 2021, los niveles de ocupaci\u00f3n avanzan de forma gradual, hasta estabilizarse en niveles cercanos a los observados antes de la pandemia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este contexto, los destinos de playa mantienen el mayor dinamismo. Riviera Maya, Los Cabos y Nuevo Nayarit registran niveles de ocupaci\u00f3n superiores al promedio nacional, lo que refuerza su posici\u00f3n como los principales polos tur\u00edsticos del pa\u00eds. En contraste, mercados urbanos como Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Guadalajara y Monterrey muestran una recuperaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s moderada, aunque con signos de estabilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, destinos emergentes y ciudades del Baj\u00edo, como Guanajuato y San Miguel de Allende, presentan avances m\u00e1s lentos, con niveles de ocupaci\u00f3n
