{"id":16215,"date":"2015-03-06T14:22:45","date_gmt":"2015-03-06T20:22:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=16215"},"modified":"2015-03-06T15:04:48","modified_gmt":"2015-03-06T21:04:48","slug":"se-expande-grupo-herso-hacia-el-bajio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/se-expande-grupo-herso-hacia-el-bajio\/","title":{"rendered":"Se expande Grupo Herso hacia el Baj\u00edo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Trabaja de la mano con los gobiernos estatales<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En la zona metropolitana de Morelia, y en coordinaci\u00f3n con el gobierno federal y el gobierno alem\u00e1n, Grupo Herso financi\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas piloto dentro del Programa GIZ Nama.<\/p>\n<p>En el proyecto se contemplaron ecotecnolog\u00edas que ser\u00e1n monitoreadas para que en el corto plazo se puedan explorar nuevas formas de asegurar ahorros energ\u00e9ticos dentro de las viviendas de inter\u00e9s social, denotando el compromiso de la empresa con el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a esto, ha realizado la apertura de nuevos conjuntos habitacionales, entre ellos, Fuentes de Balvanera, ubicado en los l\u00edmites de los estados de Guanajuato y Quer\u00e9taro, cuya oferta de vivienda y de espacios p\u00fablicos representan una opci\u00f3n para la poblaci\u00f3n trabajadora del corredor industrial del Baj\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, como parte de la labor que tienen las desarrolladoras de vivienda dentro del proceso de hacer ciudad, Grupo Herso contin\u00faa con su proceso de expansi\u00f3n en la zona del Baj\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p>Con la intenci\u00f3n de satisfacer la demanda de vivienda para la poblaci\u00f3n de menores ingresos, Grupo Herso trabaja en Chilpancingo, Guerrero, con el gobierno del estado, a trav\u00e9s del plan de vivienda, con el cual se minimiza el rezago de unidades de vivienda a partir de una propuesta de dise\u00f1o urbano y prototipos de hogares que constituir\u00e1n la base del patrimonio de m\u00e1s de mil familias en la zona.<\/p>\n<p>En la ciudad de San Miguel de Allende, Herso desarrolla viviendas de inter\u00e9s social que contemplan \u00e1reas comerciales, equipamientos urbanos y \u00e1reas comunes, cuyo valor ser\u00e1 accesible a la poblaci\u00f3n que desea aplicar cr\u00e9ditos provenientes de organismos p\u00fablicos de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Grupo Herso lider\u00f3 el proceso de certificaci\u00f3n del Proyecto de Desarrollo Urbano Tres Mar\u00edas, un sub centro urbano ubicado al oriente de la ciudad de Morelia, donde de forma planificada se ha definido el espacio para vivienda, comercio, servicios, infraestructura vial, transporte y empleo; al ser un proyecto sustentable social, econ\u00f3mica y ambientalmente, fue certificado por la Comisi\u00f3n Intersecretarial de Vivienda del gobierno federal, encabezada por la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu) y por la Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de 22 a\u00f1os de operaciones, Grupo Herso mantiene su crecimiento y su compromiso en la labor de hacer ciudades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trabaja de la mano con los gobiernos estatales En la zona metropolitana de Morelia, y en coordinaci\u00f3n con el gobierno federal y el gobierno alem\u00e1n, Grupo Herso financi\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas piloto dentro del Programa GIZ Nama.
