class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Clara Brugada<\/span><\/span>, jefa de Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, particip\u00f3 en el Foro Urbano Mundial (<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=wuf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WUF<\/a>), celebrado en Bak\u00fa, Azerbaiy\u00e1n, donde present\u00f3 la visi\u00f3n de <strong>urbanismo feminista que impulsa la capital del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, enfocada en la construcci\u00f3n de ciudades cuidadoras, incluyentes y con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"914\">Durante su participaci\u00f3n, la mandataria capitalina sostuvo que el dise\u00f1o de las ciudades debe <strong>colocar en el centro las necesidades cotidianas de las mujeres<\/strong>, as\u00ed como garantizar condiciones de seguridad, acceso a la vivienda y espacios p\u00fablicos libres de violencia, pues indic\u00f3 que \u201cel futuro urbano del mundo no puede construirse sin las mujeres\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1325\">Brugada explic\u00f3 que el urbanismo feminista plantea una <strong>transformaci\u00f3n en la forma de planear las ciudades<\/strong>, al considerar aspectos como los trayectos diarios, el tiempo destinado a los cuidados y las condiciones que enfrentan las mujeres en el espacio p\u00fablico y dentro de sus viviendas.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1515\">\u201cEl hogar y la vivienda constituyen el primer espacio donde se experimentan derechos, pero tambi\u00e9n donde muchas veces aparecen las primeras expresiones de desigualdad y violencia\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1711\">Asimismo,<strong> convoc\u00f3 a construir ciudades cuidadoras<\/strong>, capaces de proteger a mujeres, infancias y grupos hist\u00f3ricamente excluidos, adem\u00e1s de impulsar territorios enfocados en la paz y la igualdad.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1859\">\u201cConstruyamos ciudades refugio donde nunca m\u00e1s el color de la piel, el origen o el acento sean pretextos para excluir a los m\u00e1s d\u00e9biles\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"7ci5u0\" data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"546\">Vivienda y cuidados, claves del urbanismo feminista<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"2163\">Durante su participaci\u00f3n en el WUF13, Clara Brugada tambi\u00e9n reivindic\u00f3 el trabajo de cuidados realizado hist\u00f3ricamente por las mujeres y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las ciudades crecieron sin incorporar infraestructura p\u00fablica destinada a sostener esa labor cotidiana.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2397\">En ese sentido, afirm\u00f3 que las pol\u00edticas urbanas deben reconocer el impacto econ\u00f3mico y social del trabajo dom\u00e9stico y de cuidados no remunerados, as\u00ed como <strong>incorporar equipamiento y servicios que reduzcan las brechas de desigualdad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2732\">\u201cA lo largo de la historia, las ciudades crecieron levantando avenidas, aeropuertos, mercados y grandes obras, olvidando la construcci\u00f3n de la infraestructura p\u00fablica de cuidados, fundamental para el sostenimiento de la vida en com\u00fan y para liberar a las mujeres de la esclavitud moderna del trabajo dom\u00e9stico no remunerado\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2734\" data-end=\"2957\"
