La l\u00f3gica expansiva que predomin\u00f3 durante d\u00e9cadas comienza a ceder frente a un<strong> modelo que privilegia la ubicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> dentro de la mancha urbana.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"3061\">\u201cEstamos ante un cambio de paradigma en la forma en que la ciudad asigna y valoriza su suelo industrial.
