{"id":16125,"date":"2015-03-05T09:59:39","date_gmt":"2015-03-05T15:59:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=16125"},"modified":"2015-03-05T09:59:39","modified_gmt":"2015-03-05T15:59:39","slug":"recibe-aldf-propuestas-para-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/recibe-aldf-propuestas-para-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Recibe ALDF propuestas para vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>El \u00f3rgano legislativo <\/em><em>emiti\u00f3 una convocatoria para que a partir del 4 de marzo le hicieran llegar sugerencias para la conformaci\u00f3n del nuevo esquema <\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobierno de la Asamblea Legislativa del Distrito Federal, Manuel Granados, recibi\u00f3 las propuestas de diversas organizaciones sociales para integrar la Norma de Vivienda para la ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 la importancia de escuchar la opini\u00f3n de los diversos sectores involucrados en el esquema de vivienda social, por lo que reiter\u00f3 el compromiso de la Asamblea Legislativa del Distrito Federal de integrar un documento consensuado \u201csi no al 100 por ciento, s\u00ed algo democr\u00e1tico\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Granados Covarrubias afirm\u00f3 que \u201cno vamos a aprobar alg\u00fan tema que no tenga un consenso social, no vamos a generar o a caer en el esquema anterior de no consultar y de no tener el mayor consenso\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Desp\u00faes que el recinto parlamentario determin\u00f3 no incluir el tema en el periodo extraordinario, emiti\u00f3 una convocatoria para que a partir del 4 de marzo le hicieran llegar sugerencias para la conformaci\u00f3n del nuevo esquema normativo.<\/p>\n<p>Las organizaciones sociales que acudieron a la Asamblea Legislativa del Distrito Federal (ALDF), encabezadas por el Bloque Urbano Popular, Suma Urbana y otras ONG\u2019s entregaron a la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobierno un documento con sus propuestas para modificar la Norma 26.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
