{"id":161108,"date":"2026-04-07T10:39:57","date_gmt":"2026-04-07T16:39:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=161108"},"modified":"2026-04-07T10:39:57","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T16:39:57","slug":"vivienda-para-el-bienestar-llega-edomex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/vivienda-para-el-bienestar-llega-edomex\/","title":{"rendered":"Vivienda para el Bienestar llega al Edomex; construcci\u00f3n superar\u00e1 las 100,000 unidades"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con 100,246 unidades, el Edomex concentra la mayor construcci\u00f3n de Vivienda para el Bienestar, con inversi\u00f3n superior a 60,000 mdp<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"217\" data-end=\"487\">Autoridades del Gobierno federal, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el gobierno del<strong> Estado de M\u00e9xico, encabezaron el arranque del Programa<\/strong> de Vivienda para el Bienestar en la entidad, con la colocaci\u00f3n de la primera piedra de un desarrollo habitacional en el municipio de Teotihuac\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"808\">Durante el inicio de obra, la titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu), Edna Vega Rangel, inform\u00f3 que la meta de construcci\u00f3n de vivienda en el <strong>Estado de M\u00e9xico se elev\u00f3 de 70,000 a 100,246 unidades<\/strong>, lo que posiciona a la entidad con el mayor objetivo habitacional a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"1133\">Detall\u00f3 que del total proyectado, 36,000 viviendas estar\u00e1n a cargo de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/preregistro-conavi-vivienda-bienestar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Conavi<\/a>), 60,000 ser\u00e1n desarrolladas por el Infonavit y 4,242 por el Fovissste. Asimismo, explic\u00f3 que esta meta responde a la densidad poblacional del estado y contempla una <strong>inversi\u00f3n superior a 60,000 millones de pesos <\/strong>(mdp).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1307\">En ese sentido, precis\u00f3 que la ejecuci\u00f3n del programa generar\u00e1 alrededor de 300,000 empleos directos y 451,000 indirectos, adem\u00e1s de beneficiar a cerca de 360,000 personas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1609\">Por su parte, el director general de la Conavi, Rodrigo Ch\u00e1vez Contreras, detall\u00f3 que, como parte de este arranque, se construir\u00e1n <strong>96 viviendas en la Privada Quetzalc\u00f3atl<\/strong>, dentro de un desarrollo de 6,800 metros cuadrados ubicado en el predio Potrero, donado por el gobierno municipal de <strong>Teotihuac\u00e1n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1789\">Agreg\u00f3 que el <strong>20% de estas viviendas se destinar\u00e1 a j\u00f3venes que estudian o trabajan<\/strong>, y record\u00f3 que los esquemas de adquisici\u00f3n contemplan financiamiento con tasa de inter\u00e9s cero.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1955\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Finalmente, las autoridades indicaron que esta <strong>primera etapa del proyecto beneficiar\u00e1 a 384 personas<\/strong>, como parte del despliegue del programa en el Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con 100,246 unidades, el Edomex concentra la mayor construcci\u00f3n de Vivienda para el Bienestar, con inversi\u00f3n superior a 60,000 mdp<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":14,"featured_media":161109,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[12],"tags":[376,589,24723,105,25137],"class_list":["post-161108","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-vivienda","tag-conavi","tag-edomex","tag-programa-de-vivienda-para-el-bienestar","tag-sedatu","tag-viviendas-para-el-bienestar"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Vivienda para el Bienestar llega al Edomex;
