En su mayor\u00eda, estas <strong>naves industriales prev\u00e9n concluir su construcci\u00f3n hacia finales de este a\u00f1o<\/strong>, lo que mantiene activa la incorporaci\u00f3n de nueva oferta en el corto plazo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1203\">Actualmente, el mercado registra <strong>cinco proyectos en proceso de obra<\/strong>, todos correspondientes a propiedades clase A. Estas desarrollan superficies que oscilan entre los 15,000 y los 120,000 m\u00b2, lo que refleja una tendencia hacia espacios de mayor dimensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1437\">La actividad constructiva mantiene una clara concentraci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica. El corredor Aguascalientes Sur re\u00fane el 80% del total de metros cuadrados en desarrollo, mientras que el corredor Aguascalientes Norte concentra el 20% restante.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1763\">Este comportamiento se alinea con la din\u00e1mica regional. El<strong> desarrollo de nuevos espacios industriales en el Baj\u00edo inici\u00f3 2026 con un mayor ritmo de construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Durante los primeros dos meses del a\u00f1o comenzaron obras por 156 mil m\u00b2 de naves industriales, volumen que super\u00f3 en 20% lo registrado en el mismo periodo de 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"2022\">As\u00ed, el inicio de nuevos proyectos refleja la continuidad de la actividad de desarrollo en la regi\u00f3n, donde la construcci\u00f3n de naves responde tanto
