{"id":16057,"date":"2015-03-04T11:48:33","date_gmt":"2015-03-04T17:48:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=16057"},"modified":"2015-03-04T11:48:33","modified_gmt":"2015-03-04T17:48:33","slug":"regularizan-terrenos-en-san-juan-de-abajo-guanajuato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/regularizan-terrenos-en-san-juan-de-abajo-guanajuato\/","title":{"rendered":"Regularizan terrenos en San Juan de Abajo, Guanajuato"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El convenio da certidumbre jur\u00eddica a terrenos y propiedades en beneficio de 1,684 familias<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El gobierno municipal de San Juan de Abajo, Guanajuato y la Comisi\u00f3n de la Regularizaci\u00f3n de la Tenencia de la Tierra (Corett) firmaron un convenio para regularizar los terrenos y propiedades de esta comunidad, para beneficio de 1,684 familias.<\/p>\n<p>En esta primera etapa se apoyar\u00e1 a tres fraccionamientos de la zona, con un monto de 25,000,000 pesos, que permitir\u00e1 a los habitantes contar con servicios p\u00fablicos, agua y luz.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del Instituto Municipal de Vivienda (Imuvi), Pablo Rodr\u00edguez V\u00e1zquez, destac\u00f3 que los habitantes de San Juan de Abajo contar\u00e1n con la certeza jur\u00eddica que aporta tener permisos.<\/p>\n<p>Pablo Rodr\u00edguez adelant\u00f3 que la dependencia ya trabaja para la regularizaci\u00f3n de otros 10 fraccionamientos de esta localidad, para beneficiar a 3,000 familias que pronto podr\u00e1n recibir sus escrituras.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el delegado de Corett, Leonel Gilberto Cerda, adelant\u00f3 que dentro de una semana el presidente de la rep\u00fablica, Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto, decretar\u00e1 la creaci\u00f3n del Instituto de Suelo Urbano Sustentable, el cual sustituir\u00e1 las funciones de Corett y tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s facultades para ayudar a todos los mexicanos en carencia patrimonial para ofertar suelo barato.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
