{"id":160432,"date":"2026-02-24T13:56:26","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T19:56:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=160432"},"modified":"2026-02-24T13:56:26","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T19:56:26","slug":"construccion-crece-diciembre-cae-anual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/construccion-crece-diciembre-cae-anual\/","title":{"rendered":"Construcci\u00f3n crece 1.7% en diciembre, pero cae 5.6% anual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El sector de la construcci\u00f3n cerr\u00f3 el 2025 con un repunte mensual, pero con retrocesos en empleo y horas trabajadas<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>sector de la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> en M\u00e9xico cerr\u00f3 el 2025 con un desempe\u00f1o mixto, marcado por una ligera recuperaci\u00f3n mensual, pero con una tendencia negativa en su comparaci\u00f3n anual.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la <strong>Encuesta Nacional de Empresas Constructoras<\/strong> (<strong>ENEC<\/strong>), publicada por el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (INEGI), el <strong>valor de producci\u00f3n <\/strong>del sector aument\u00f3 1.7% en diciembre respecto al mes previo, en t\u00e9rminos reales y con cifras desestacionalizadas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, a tasa anual, el indicador mostr\u00f3 una contracci\u00f3n de 5.6%, lo que refleja un debilitamiento en la actividad constructiva.<\/p>\n<p>Este comportamiento evidencia que, aunque el cierre del a\u00f1o mostr\u00f3 signos de recuperaci\u00f3n, el sector de la construcci\u00f3n a\u00fan enfrenta un <strong>entorno complejo<\/strong>, influido por factores econ\u00f3micos estructurales y una menor din\u00e1mica en la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Empleo y actividad, a la baja<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>No obstante, el deterioro no solo se observa en la producci\u00f3n. El <strong>personal ocupado<\/strong> en las empresas constructoras se mantuvo sin cambios en t\u00e9rminos mensuales, pero registr\u00f3 una ca\u00edda de 3.9% a tasa anual.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, las <strong>horas trabajadas<\/strong> disminuyeron 0.6% respecto a noviembre y 4.6% en comparaci\u00f3n con diciembre de 2024, lo que refuerza la se\u00f1al de desaceleraci\u00f3n en la actividad del sector.<\/p>\n<p>Este comportamiento sugiere una menor intensidad en los proyectos en ejecuci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como posibles ajustes operativos dentro de las empresas.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Salarios resisten<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Por otro lado, a diferencia de otros indicadores, las <strong>remuneraciones medias reales<\/strong> mostraron un comportamiento m\u00e1s resiliente. En diciembre, registraron una ligera ca\u00edda mensual de 0.2%, pero un incremento anual de 3.1 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Este dato podr\u00eda estar vinculado a ajustes salariales o a la recomposici\u00f3n del empleo dentro del sector, donde ciertas posiciones mantienen mejores niveles de ingreso pese a la contracci\u00f3n general.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Desempe\u00f1o desigual por entidad<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A nivel estatal, los resultados fueron heterog\u00e9neos. Mientras algunas entidades como el <strong>Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong> reportaron crecimientos importantes en el valor de producci\u00f3n, otras como <strong>Campeche<\/strong>, <strong>Oaxaca<\/strong> y <strong>Chiapas<\/strong> registraron fuertes ca\u00eddas.<\/p>\n<p>Este contraste refleja las diferencias regionales
