El Gobierno de BCS y la Sedatu acordaron fortalecer proyectos de vivienda, reubicaci\u00f3n en zonas de riesgo e infraestructura deportiva<\/em><\/p>\n

El Gobierno de Baja California Sur<\/strong> y la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu<\/strong>) acordaron fortalecer la agenda de vivienda<\/strong> e infraestructura urbana<\/strong> en la entidad, con la confirmaci\u00f3n de 1,449 acciones habitacionales distribuidas en distintos municipios.<\/p>\n

Durante una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo, V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, gobernador de BCS<\/strong>, y Edna Vega Rangel, titular de la Sedatu<\/strong>, dieron seguimiento a proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos en materia de vivienda, planeaci\u00f3n territorial y equipamiento urbano.<\/p>\n

El mandatario estatal subray\u00f3 que la coordinaci\u00f3n entre los distintos \u00f3rdenes de gobierno es clave para generar bienestar social. En ese sentido, reiter\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n de su administraci\u00f3n para avanzar en obras prioritarias que impulsen el desarrollo de las comunidades sudcalifornianas.<\/p>\n

Nuevos desarrollos habitacionales<\/strong><\/h2>\n

En el encuentro se confirm\u00f3 la continuidad de proyectos habitacionales<\/strong> en cuatro frentes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Dos desarrollos en La Paz con 465 viviendas.<\/li>\n
  • Un proyecto en Loreto con 280 acciones.<\/li>\n
  • Un desarrollo en Los Cabos con 704 viviendas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    En conjunto, estas intervenciones suman 1,449 acciones de vivienda<\/strong>, lo que representa un avance relevante en la atenci\u00f3n de la demanda habitacional en la entidad.<\/p>\n

    Reubicaci\u00f3n en zonas de riesgo y atenci\u00f3n hidr\u00e1ulica<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Por otro lado, Vega Rangel<\/strong> manifest\u00f3 su voluntad de reforzar el trabajo en Los Cabos para ubicar predios estrat\u00e9gicos<\/strong>, actualizar el censo<\/strong> y avanzar en el proyecto de reubicaci\u00f3n de familias asentadas en zonas de riesgo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Asimismo, se abordaron necesidades relacionadas con infraestructura hidr\u00e1ulica<\/strong>, uno de los retos m\u00e1s importantes para el crecimiento ordenado de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

    Infraestructura deportiva y acciones 2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Adem\u00e1s de vivienda, las autoridades revisaron avances en infraestructura deportiva<\/strong>. Entre los proyectos destacados se encuentra la conclusi\u00f3n de la unidad deportiva El Piojillo, as\u00ed como progresos superiores al 90% en el campo de b\u00e9isbol de Guerrero Negro y en la unidad deportiva de Bah\u00eda Tortugas.<\/p>\n

    Tambi\u00e9n se acord\u00f3 integrar a Isla Natividad, en el municipio de Muleg\u00e9, al programa de acciones 2026, donde se proyecta la construcci\u00f3n de una cancha de f\u00fatbol once en beneficio de sus habitantes.<\/p>\n

    Ordenamiento urbano como prioridad<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Finalmente, Castro Cos\u00edo<\/strong> se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el gobierno estatal continuar\u00e1 respaldando a los ayuntamientos para concluir la aprobaci\u00f3n y publicaci\u00f3n de los planes municipales de desarrollo urbano<\/strong> en el Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad y del Comercio del Estado.<\/p>\n

    El objetivo, dijo, es fortalecer el crecimiento ordenado de los centros de poblaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en Baja California Sur, en un contexto donde la planeaci\u00f3n territorial y la vivienda se consolidan como ejes clave para el desarrollo sostenible de la entidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
