{"id":159860,"date":"2026-01-26T13:01:51","date_gmt":"2026-01-26T19:01:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=159860"},"modified":"2026-01-26T13:01:51","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T19:01:51","slug":"invertiran-20000-mdp-en-veracruz-para-reconstruccion-e-infraestructura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/invertiran-20000-mdp-en-veracruz-para-reconstruccion-e-infraestructura\/","title":{"rendered":"Invertir\u00e1n 20,000 mdp en Veracruz para reconstrucci\u00f3n e infraestructura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Los recursos se ejercer\u00e1n entre 2026 y 2027 en la reconstrucci\u00f3n de la infraestructura afectada por las lluvias de 2025<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno de M\u00e9xico invertir\u00e1 cerca de 20,000 (mdp) en Veracruz entre 2026 y 2027 para el desarrollo de <strong>infraestructura carretera, obras de agua potable<\/strong>, desazolve de r\u00edos y acciones de reconstrucci\u00f3n derivadas de las <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/puebla-reconstruccion-relocalizacion-viviendas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">afectaciones provocadas por las lluvias<\/a> intensas registradas en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo inform\u00f3 que los recursos se destinar\u00e1n al <strong>mejoramiento y modernizaci\u00f3n de infraestructura<\/strong> en la entidad.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEs una inversi\u00f3n de cerca de 20,000 mdp para Veracruz, entre 2026 y 2027, puentes, carreteras, mejoramiento de las carreteras, agua potable, desazolve de r\u00edos, reencauzamiento de los r\u00edos y tambi\u00e9n vivienda para todas aquellas personas afectadas durante las lluvias de 2025\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>SICT a cargo de las obras de infraestructura<\/h2>\n<p>Jes\u00fas Antonio Esteva Medina, secretario de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT), detall\u00f3 que en 2026 se <strong>destinar\u00e1n 11,103 mdp para obras en la entidad<\/strong>, con lo que se prev\u00e9 la generaci\u00f3n de 33,309 empleos directos e indirectos.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte del programa de reconstrucci\u00f3n, se canalizar\u00e1n <strong>4,319 mdp para la ejecuci\u00f3n de 50 acciones en 426 kil\u00f3metros <\/strong>(km) de la <strong>Red Carretera<\/strong> Federal Libre de Peaje, as\u00ed como 35 acciones en 287 km adicionales. Adem\u00e1s, se contempla la intervenci\u00f3n de 18 puentes, entre ellos 11 nuevas construcciones, cuyos <strong>trabajos iniciar\u00e1n en febrero de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En materia de puentes y distribuidores viales, el funcionario precis\u00f3 que <strong>se asignar\u00e1n 1,505 mdp para el Nuevo Puente Coatzacoalcos III<\/strong>, la conservaci\u00f3n del puente Ing. Antonio Doval\u00ed Jaime y el distribuidor vial de la carretera federal MEX-140. Asimismo, se destinar\u00e1n 2,253 mdp para la construcci\u00f3n de la autopista Cardel\u2013Poza Rica, mientras que, mediante un esquema de inversi\u00f3n mixta, Banobras aportar\u00e1 2,000 mdp para la modernizaci\u00f3n de la carretera Tihuatl\u00e1n\u2013Tuxpan.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto al programa <strong>MegaBachet\u00f3n<\/strong>, agreg\u00f3 que se ejercer\u00e1n <strong>2,738 mdp para la conservaci\u00f3n de corredores y rutas<\/strong>, con 513 km de pavimentaci\u00f3n, 2,592 kil\u00f3metros de bacheo, se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n en 5,305 km y obras de drenaje. De manera adicional, en febrero comenzar\u00e1n los trabajos para la construcci\u00f3n de tres caminos artesanales, con una inversi\u00f3n de 52 mdp.<\/p>\n<h2>Conagua destina m\u00e1s de 6,000 mdp a infraestructura h\u00eddrica<\/h2>\n<p>Por su parte, Efra\u00edn Morales L\u00f3pez, director general de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (Conagua), inform\u00f3 que las inversiones en materia de <strong>agua para el periodo 2026-2027 superan los 6,000 mdp.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que se prev\u00e9 la <strong>ejecuci\u00f3n de 180 obras en 40 municipios<\/strong>, con una inversi\u00f3n conjunta cercana a los 3,000 mdp en coordinaci\u00f3n con el gobierno estatal y los gobiernos municipales.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, anunci\u00f3 el <strong>inicio de la construcci\u00f3n del acueducto La Cangrejera\u2013Coatzacoalcos<\/strong>, uno de los 17 proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico en materia h\u00eddrica. Con esta obra se incrementar\u00e1 el volumen de agua para beneficiar a m\u00e1s de 300,000 habitantes, y se prev\u00e9 su <strong>conclusi\u00f3n en mayo de 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e1s de 33,000 viviendas con da\u00f1os en Veracruz<\/h2>\n<p>En materia de vivienda, Edna Elena Vega Rangel, secretaria de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu), inform\u00f3 que, a partir del censo realizado por la Secretar\u00eda del Bienestar, se identificaron <strong>33,857 viviendas con da\u00f1os mayores o totales<\/strong> en el estado.<\/p>\n<p>De ese total, se ubicaron <strong>4,060 familias de 31 localidades que requieren procesos de relocalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Para este fin, se cuenta con siete predios destinados a la construcci\u00f3n de nuevos desarrollos habitacionales, donde se edificar\u00e1n modelos de vivienda en lotes de 98 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los espacios considerados para este proceso, destac\u00f3 un predio donado por un particular, en el que <strong>se construir\u00e1n 3,500 viviendas <\/strong>tipo d\u00faplex, como parte de la estrategia para atender a la poblaci\u00f3n que deber\u00e1 reubicarse en zonas seguras.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los recursos se
