Programa de Cr\u00e9dito 2026 del Fovissste"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Programa de Cr\u00e9dito del Fovissste para 2026 contempla una proyecci\u00f3n de colocaci\u00f3n de 42,768 financiamientos<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El pasado 5 de enero, el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) public\u00f3 el acuerdo mediante el cual la Junta Directiva del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (ISSSTE) aprob\u00f3 el <strong>Programa de Cr\u00e9dito del Fondo de la Vivienda<\/strong> para el ejercicio fiscal 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho documento establece el marco normativo bajo el cual el <strong>Fondo de la Vivienda del ISSSTE<\/strong> (<strong>Fovissste<\/strong>) operar\u00e1 sus distintos <strong>esquemas de financiamiento<\/strong>, entre los que se incluyen cr\u00e9ditos para adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda nueva o usada, construcci\u00f3n en terreno propio, mejoramiento o ampliaci\u00f3n de vivienda, entre otras modalidades contempladas en la normatividad vigente.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Proyecci\u00f3n de colocaci\u00f3n y monto de inversi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de establecer las reglas de operaci\u00f3n, el <strong>Programa de Cr\u00e9dito del Fovissste<\/strong> para 2026 contempla una proyecci\u00f3n de colocaci\u00f3n de <strong>42,768 financiamientos<\/strong>, de los cuales 30,796 corresponden a <strong>cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios<\/strong> y 11,972 a <strong>acciones de vivienda<\/strong>, que incluyen esquemas de mejora, ampliaci\u00f3n y apoyos espec\u00edficos para distintos sectores de derechohabientes.<\/p>\n<p>En el rubro de <strong>cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios<\/strong> se prev\u00e9 la colocaci\u00f3n de 27,803 cr\u00e9ditos bajo el esquema <strong>Tradicional<\/strong>, que incorpora los programas Tu Construyes, Fovissste Mujeres y de Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas, en sus modalidades Individual, Mancomunado y Familiar.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, para el esquema <strong>Pensionados<\/strong> se prev\u00e9 una colocaci\u00f3n de 143 cr\u00e9ditos; y, de igual manera, se contempla el otorgamiento de 1,547 cr\u00e9ditos en coparticipaci\u00f3n con el <strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong> (<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>), as\u00ed como 1,303 cr\u00e9ditos en coordinaci\u00f3n con la <strong>banca comercial<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del programa Fovissste para Todos.<\/p>\n<p>Para la ejecuci\u00f3n de este programa, se estima una bolsa de recursos cercana a los <strong>35,497 millones de pesos<\/strong>, monto que ser\u00e1 destinado a la colocaci\u00f3n de los cr\u00e9ditos y acciones habitacionales a lo largo del ejercicio fiscal 2026.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Entrada en vigor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El acuerdo entr\u00f3 en vigor el mismo d\u00eda de su publicaci\u00f3n, el 5 de enero de 2026, por lo que las disposiciones del <strong>Programa de Cr\u00e9dito del Fovissste<\/strong> aplican para todo el ejercicio fiscal en curso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Programa de Cr\u00e9dito del Fovissste para 2026 contempla una
