{"id":159435,"date":"2025-12-26T12:02:52","date_gmt":"2025-12-26T18:02:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=159435"},"modified":"2025-12-23T12:14:42","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T18:14:42","slug":"estados-vivienda-mas-cara-nov","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/estados-vivienda-mas-cara-nov\/","title":{"rendered":"Los 5 estados con la vivienda m\u00e1s cara en M\u00e9xico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Los cinco estados con la vivienda m\u00e1s cara superan entre 8,000 y 26,000 pesos el costo promedio nacional<\/em><span id=\"more-157098\"><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Indicador\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.banorte.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Banorte<\/a> de Precios de Vivienda (INBAPREVI) se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, en noviembre de 2025, el <strong>precio de vivienda en M\u00e9xico alcanz\u00f3 un precio promedio de 31,397 pesos<\/strong> por metro cuadrado (m\u00b2). Esto representa un incremento del 4.9% en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo mes del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/precio-de-vivienda-febrero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INBAPREVI<\/a>, los cinco estados con la vivienda m\u00e1s cara del pa\u00eds son: Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Jalisco, Sinaloa y Baja California.<\/p>\n<p>Rrumbo al cierre del a\u00f1o, el precio por m\u00b2 de la vivienda en la <strong>CDMX alcanz\u00f3 los 57,975 pesos<\/strong>. Esto representa un incremento acumulado de 5.4% respecto a noviembre de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte,\u00a0<strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong> registr\u00f3 un incremento del 6.7% anual, alcanzando un costo promedio por m\u00b2 de <strong>53,864 pesos durante noviembre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jalisco report\u00f3 un precio promedio de 46,812 pesos por m\u00b2<\/strong> construido, lo que se\u00f1ala un aumento acumulado del 1.2%, muy por debajo del promedio nacional. Con un costo de <strong>42,355\u00a0pesos<\/strong>\u00a0por m\u00b2,\u00a0<strong>Sinaloa<\/strong> registr\u00f3 un incremento anual de 7.9% en los precios de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Baja California<strong> registr\u00f3 un costo de 39,849 por m\u00b2<\/strong>, lo que refleja un crecimiento anual de 3.9%, lo que lo coloca por debajo del crecimiento promedio
