{"id":159431,"date":"2025-12-23T12:34:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-23T18:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=159431"},"modified":"2025-12-23T12:34:00","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T18:34:00","slug":"precio-de-la-vivienda-noviembre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/precio-de-la-vivienda-noviembre\/","title":{"rendered":"Precio de la vivienda en M\u00e9xico sube 4.9%: Banorte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Banorte se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la CDMX vuelve a registrar el precio de vivienda m\u00e1s alto del pa\u00eds, alcanzando los 57,975 pesos por m\u00b2<\/em><span id=\"more-157057\"><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el Indicador\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.banorte.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Banorte<\/a> de Precios de Vivienda (INBAPREVI), el precio de la vivienda a nivel nacional registr\u00f3 una variaci\u00f3n anual de 4.9por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>En noviembre de 2025, el <strong>precio promedio nacional se ubic\u00f3 en 31,397 pesos por metro cuadrado<\/strong> (m\u00b2), lo que representa un incremento de 0.2% en comparaci\u00f3n con el mes anterior.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio analiz\u00f3 los de precios de vivienda 15 estados del pa\u00eds, de los cuales la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/vivienda-vertical-proyectos-nuevos-cdmx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0mantiene el liderazgo con el\u00a0<strong>precio por metro cuadrado m\u00e1s alto<\/strong>, alcanzando los\u00a0<strong>57,975 pesos<\/strong>. Por el contrario,\u00a0<strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong>\u00a0registr\u00f3 el\u00a0<strong>valor m\u00e1s bajo del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, con\u00a0<strong>18,335 pesos<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>por m\u00b2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Hidalgo se c\u00f3loc\u00f3 como el estado con el mayor incremento en los precios de vivienda durante noviembre, con un alza de 1.6 por ciento. En contraste, <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>experiment\u00f3 la ca\u00edda m\u00e1s pronunciada del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, con una reducci\u00f3n de 0.8% en su costo, alcanzando un costo promedio de 53,864 por m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>El INBAPREVI resalt\u00f3 que el incremento en el costo refleja una\u00a0<strong>tendencia al alza en el mercado inmobiliario.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abEste aumento refleja la tendencia general al alza en el mercado inmobiliario del pa\u00eds impulsado por la din\u00e1mica actual de los ingresos de
