persiste una contracci\u00f3n anual<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda<\/strong> (<strong>INEGI<\/strong>) inform\u00f3 que, en octubre de 2025, el <strong>valor de producci\u00f3n del sector de la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> registr\u00f3 un incremento mensual de 0.1% en t\u00e9rminos reales, de acuerdo con cifras desestacionalizadas de la <strong>Encuesta Nacional de Empresas Constructoras<\/strong> (<strong>ENEC<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, en su comparaci\u00f3n anual, este indicador mostr\u00f3 una <strong>ca\u00edda de 14.0%,<\/strong> lo que refleja que la actividad del sector contin\u00faa enfrentando un entorno complejo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Empleo y horas trabajadas muestran avances mensuales<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Por otro lado, durante el mismo mes, el <strong>personal ocupado en las empresas constructoras<\/strong> creci\u00f3 0.2% a tasa mensual, impulsado principalmente por el aumento del personal no dependiente de la raz\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, a tasa anual, el <strong>empleo en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> present\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n de 6.8 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a las <strong>horas trabajadas<\/strong>, estas aumentaron 1.4% respecto a septiembre, aunque en comparaci\u00f3n anual registraron una baja de 7.0%, lo que confirma una desaceleraci\u00f3n en el volumen de trabajo del sector.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Suben remuneraciones reales pese a la desaceleraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En tanto, las <strong>remuneraciones medias reales<\/strong> pagadas en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n crecieron 0.4% mensual en octubre.<\/p>\n<p>Y, a tasa anual, el aumento fue de 3.0%, impulsado principalmente por el incremento en los salarios de las y los obreros, que subieron 1.1% mensual.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Resultados mixtos a nivel estatal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Por entidad federativa, los resultados fueron heterog\u00e9neos. <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong> destac\u00f3 con un crecimiento anual de 7.1% en el valor de producci\u00f3n, mientras que entidades como <strong>Oaxaca<\/strong>, <strong>Campeche<\/strong> y <strong>Quintana Roo<\/strong> registraron ca\u00eddas significativas en este indicador, con -73.3%, -68.1% y -67.7%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El valor de
