Sedatu ordenamiento territorial en La Piedad-P\u00e9njamo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con el POTZMPP, la Sedatu busca orientar el crecimiento urbano, el uso de suelo y la planeaci\u00f3n territorial de esta regi\u00f3n interestatal<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano<\/strong> (<strong>Sedatu<\/strong>) en coordinaci\u00f3n con los gobiernos estatales de <strong>Michoac\u00e1n<\/strong> y <strong>Guanajuato<\/strong>, public\u00f3 el <strong>Programa de Ordenamiento Territorial de la Zona Metropolitana La Piedad\u2013P\u00e9njamo<\/strong> (<strong>POTZMPP<\/strong>), instrumento que busca orientar el crecimiento urbano de manera ordenada, sostenible y con enfoque metropolitano.<\/p>\n<p>El programa establece lineamientos para el <strong>uso de suelo<\/strong>, la <strong>conservaci\u00f3n ambiental<\/strong>, la <strong>movilidad<\/strong>, la <strong>infraestructura<\/strong> y el <strong>desarrollo econ\u00f3mico<\/strong> de esta regi\u00f3n interestatal, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n y reducir los desequilibrios territoriales.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la <strong>Sedatu<\/strong>, este instrumento permitir\u00e1 fortalecer la coordinaci\u00f3n entre ambos estados y los municipios que integran la zona metropolitana, adem\u00e1s de brindar certeza a la inversi\u00f3n y prevenir la expansi\u00f3n urbana desordenada.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que la publicaci\u00f3n del <strong>POTZMPP<\/strong> forma parte de la estrategia federal para impulsar una <strong>planeaci\u00f3n territorial integral<\/strong>, alineada con criterios de sostenibilidad, resiliencia y desarrollo urbano incluyente.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la <strong>Sedatu<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que la elaboraci\u00f3n del documento inici\u00f3 en 2024 con financiamiento de la vertiente de <strong>Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana, Metropolitana y Ordenamiento Territorial <\/strong>(<strong>PUMOT<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSu publicaci\u00f3n representa un avance para el cierre del 2025, porque se logr\u00f3 en tiempo r\u00e9cord, gracias a la s\u00f3lida coordinaci\u00f3n interestatal y el acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico de la <strong>Sedatu<\/strong>, convirti\u00e9ndose en un hito para el fortalecimiento de la gesti\u00f3n y la planeaci\u00f3n metropolitana\u201d, indic\u00f3 la dependencia.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los <strong>proyectos prioritarios metropolitanos<\/strong> que destacan, est\u00e1 el Programa Integral de Saneamiento de la Cuenca del R\u00edo Lerma\u2013Chapala, el Parque Lineal R\u00edo Lerma\u2013R\u00edo P\u00e9njamo, programas de restauraci\u00f3n de suelos, reforestaci\u00f3n, movilidad urbana sustentable y la
