{"id":158769,"date":"2025-11-13T11:16:17","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T17:16:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=158769"},"modified":"2025-11-13T11:16:17","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T17:16:17","slug":"apoyo-a-jubilados-credito-infonavit-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/apoyo-a-jubilados-credito-infonavit-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Apoyo a Jubilados reduce el pago de tu cr\u00e9dito Infonavit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Apoyo a Jubilados reduce las mensualidades del pago del cr\u00e9dito Infonavit hasta que sea equivalente al 25% de la pensi\u00f3n<\/em><span id=\"more-146475\"><\/span><span id=\"more-157514\"><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hay casos en los que los derechohabientes, a\u00fan cuando se jubilan, contin\u00faan pagando su\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=credito+infonavit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cr\u00e9dito Infonavit<\/a>, pero enfrentan a\u00a0<strong>difi<\/strong>cultades econ\u00f3micas, pues el monto de su pensi\u00f3n mensual es m\u00e1s bajo. Por ello, el Instituto\u00a0<strong>reduce\u00a0sus pagos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El programa Apoyo a Jubilados reduce las mensualidades del pago del cr\u00e9dito Infonavit\u00a0<strong>hasta que sea equivalente al 25% de la pensi\u00f3n<\/strong>. A esto se suman los costos por seguros y comisiones, ya que estos no tienen descuento. El descuento puede aplica sin importar si el financiamiento est\u00e1 calculado en Veces Salario M\u00ednimo (VSM) o en pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Para acceder a este apoyo, el solicitante solo debe comprobar su jubilaci\u00f3n. El interesado en Apoyo a Jubilados no debe cotizar ante el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), debe haber pagado al menos 120 mensualidades completas y\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1525\">su cr\u00e9dito no puede estar en proceso jur\u00eddico por falta de pago<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo solicitar Apoyo a Jubilados?<\/h2>\n<p>Para solicitar Apoyo a Jubilados, el interesado\u00a0<strong>deber\u00e1 acudir al Centro de Servicio Infonavit<\/strong>\u00a0(Cesi) o a la Delegaci\u00f3n del Infonavit m\u00e1s cercana, presentar una\u00a0<strong>identificaci\u00f3n oficial<\/strong>\u00a0vigente y entregar el dictamen o\u00a0<strong>resoluci\u00f3n de jubilaci\u00f3n emitido por el IMSS,\u00a0<\/strong>ISSSTE, Afore o aseguradora, en original.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2281\">El Infonavit revisar\u00e1 la documentaci\u00f3n y, si procede, informar\u00e1 al pensionado el nuevo monto que debe cubrir al mes. En caso de estar de acuerdo, el acreditado firmar\u00e1 un convenio y\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2250\">recibir\u00e1<\/strong>\u00a0una copia para su resguardo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2283\" data-end=\"2639\">Es necesario considerar que, una vez\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2320\" data-end=\"2339\">siendo<\/strong>\u00a0beneficiario de Apoyo a Jubilados, el pensionado debe cumplir con el pago de su mensualidad de manera completa y en los tiempos establecidos.\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2482\" data-end=\"2592\">De no hacerlo, perder\u00e1 el beneficio y
