{"id":158684,"date":"2025-11-07T18:50:34","date_gmt":"2025-11-08T00:50:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=158684"},"modified":"2025-11-07T18:50:34","modified_gmt":"2025-11-08T00:50:34","slug":"mundial-2026-obras-clave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/mundial-2026-obras-clave\/","title":{"rendered":"Mundial 2026 impulsar\u00e1 obras clave en M\u00e9xico: CMIC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>\u201cEl Mundial detona mucho y para bien, porque la infraestructura que deja beneficia a la sociedad durante muchos a\u00f1os, no solamente para el evento\u201d<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>industria mexicana de la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> se prepara para un fuerte impulso rumbo al <strong>Mundial de Futbol 2026<\/strong>, con proyectos que transformar\u00e1n las principales ciudades sede \u2014Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Guadalajara y Monterrey\u2014 en materia de infraestructura vial, ferroviaria, aeroportuaria y hotelera.<\/p>\n<p>Durante un encuentro con medios, <strong>Luis M\u00e9ndez Jaled, presidente nacional de la C\u00e1mara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n (CMIC<\/strong>), destac\u00f3 que el evento deportivo ser\u00e1 una coyuntura estrat\u00e9gica para modernizar la <strong>infraestructura<\/strong> del pa\u00eds y fortalecer la <strong>colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada<\/strong> en la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl <strong>Mundial<\/strong> detona mucho y para bien, porque la infraestructura que deja beneficia a la sociedad durante muchos a\u00f1os, no solamente para el evento\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Impulso en transporte y obras urbanas<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De acuerdo con el l\u00edder de la <strong>CMIC<\/strong>, las constructoras afiliadas participan en m\u00faltiples proyectos de <strong>transporte masivo, pasos a desnivel, remodelaci\u00f3n de aeropuertos y obras hoteleras<\/strong> en las zonas metropolitanas de las tres ciudades sede.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTanto en <strong>Monterrey<\/strong> como en <strong>Guadalajara<\/strong> se est\u00e1n construyendo trenes, pasos a desnivel e infraestructura hotelera. Los aeropuertos se est\u00e1n remodelando de manera significativa\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, <strong>M\u00e9ndez Jaled<\/strong> resalt\u00f3 que la modernizaci\u00f3n urbana derivada del <strong>Mundial 2026<\/strong> permitir\u00e1 mejorar la <strong>movilidad, la conectividad y la calidad de vida<\/strong> de los habitantes, dejando un legado duradero m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del torneo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Participaci\u00f3n privada y modernizaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Por otro lado, el titular de la <strong>CMIC<\/strong> subray\u00f3 que el 60% de las <strong>obras ferroviarias<\/strong> actuales est\u00e1n siendo ejecutadas por empresas privadas afiliadas al organismo, lo que demuestra la apertura del Gobierno federal hacia la <strong>colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada <\/strong>en el desarrollo de infraestructura.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, destac\u00f3 la necesidad de integrar <strong>herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas<\/strong> \u2014como BIM, inteligencia artificial, drones e impresoras 3D\u2014 para mejorar la productividad, reducir costos y acelerar los procesos constructivos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoy necesitamos <strong>implementar tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> en todo: desde la tramitolog\u00eda hasta la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras. Lo que en un mes se saca de permiso podr\u00eda hacerse en un d\u00eda\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un legado m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del futbol<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con la mirada puesta en 2026, el <strong>sector constructor<\/strong> busca que el impulso econ\u00f3mico y urbano generado por el Mundial se traduzca en <strong>infraestructura sostenible y moderna<\/strong>, beneficiando a la poblaci\u00f3n y posicionando a M\u00e9xico como un referente regional en innovaci\u00f3n constructiva.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsta coyuntura no s\u00f3lo debe aprovecharse para recibir a visitantes, sino
