Shenzhen<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El estudio de arquitectura <strong>Zaha Hadid Architects<\/strong> (<strong>ZHA<\/strong>) anunci\u00f3 que la construcci\u00f3n del <strong>Centro Yidan<\/strong>, nueva sede de la Fundaci\u00f3n Chen Yidan y el Premio Yidan, organizaciones dedicadas a promover el aprendizaje permanente y la innovaci\u00f3n educativa, ha alcanzado su altura m\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n<p>Este nuevo edificio, ubicado en la ciudad de <strong>Shenzhen<\/strong>, China, junto al Museo Qianhai, contar\u00e1 con instalaciones para la investigaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, eventos culturales y exposiciones, con el fin de contribuir a la misi\u00f3n de la fundaci\u00f3n de impulsar la educaci\u00f3n a nivel global, as\u00ed como a definir un nuevo distrito cultural en la zona.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>ZHA<\/strong>, el dise\u00f1o del centro se inspira en los <strong>paisajes monta\u00f1osos<\/strong> <strong>circundantes<\/strong>, hist\u00f3ricamente atravesados \u200b\u200bpor rutas comerciales y de comunicaci\u00f3n; adem\u00e1s, el edificio se concibe como un lugar de encuentro y colaboraci\u00f3n, lo que refleja el car\u00e1cter din\u00e1mico de Shenzhen.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/zha-yidan-center-in-shenzhen_10.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" complejo de 165,815 metros cuadrados (m\u00b2) incorpora <strong>terrazas<\/strong> y <strong>jardines<\/strong> que conducen a un \u2018ca\u00f1\u00f3n\u2019 central al aire libre, con un gran \u00f3culo que deja entrar luz natural, conectando visual y espacialmente los niveles p\u00fablicos con los elementos arquitect\u00f3nicos mayores.<\/p>\n<p>Y, en cuanto a sostenibilidad, la fachada del <strong>Centro Yidan<\/strong> funciona como un <strong>filtro ambiental din\u00e1mico<\/strong>: dobles ventanillas aisladas, lamas solares, ventilaci\u00f3n h\u00edbrida, paneles fotovoltaicos y sistema de recolecci\u00f3n y reutilizaci\u00f3n de agua de lluvia.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, sus <strong>celos\u00edas exteriores<\/strong> proporcionan una eficaz protecci\u00f3n solar, a la vez que mantienen la entrada de luz natural y las vistas panor\u00e1micas de la bah\u00eda de Qianhai, lo que refuerza visualmente la est\u00e9tica geol\u00f3gica y estriada de la estructura; y un sistema de volumen de aire variable regula las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas interiores para mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en el clima subtropical h\u00famedo de Shenzhen.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el edificio est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para cumplir con el est\u00e1ndar de tres estrellas del <strong>Programa Nacional de Edificios Verdes de China<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de la certificaci\u00f3n <strong>LEED
