{"id":158281,"date":"2025-10-20T17:28:11","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T23:28:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=158281"},"modified":"2025-10-20T17:28:11","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T23:28:11","slug":"gobierno-plan-reconstruccion-inundaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/gobierno-plan-reconstruccion-inundaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno destina 10,000 mdp para el Plan Nacional de Reconstrucci\u00f3n tras inundaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Los recursos se usar\u00e1n para apoyar a 100,000 familias afectadas y rehabilitar caminos, viviendas, escuelas y cl\u00ednicas en cinco estados<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gobierno de M\u00e9xico<\/a> destinar\u00e1 <strong>10,000 millones de pesos como inversi\u00f3n inicial para atender los da\u00f1os provocados por las recientes inundaciones <\/strong>en Veracruz, Hidalgo, Puebla, Quer\u00e9taro y San Luis Potos\u00ed, seg\u00fan anunci\u00f3 la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.<\/p>\n<p>Los recursos forman parte del <strong>Plan Nacional de Reconstrucci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que contempla apoyos directos a m\u00e1s de <strong>100,000 familias damnificadas<\/strong>, as\u00ed como obras de reparaci\u00f3n de infraestructura b\u00e1sica, caminos y servicios p\u00fablicos. Adem\u00e1s, la aseguradora estatal Agroasemex S.A. apoyar\u00e1 con la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de <strong>escuelas, cl\u00ednicas y v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de empresas asignadas para atender cada sector.<\/p>\n<p>Sheinbaum explic\u00f3 que el <strong>primer apoyo de 20,000 pesos por familia<\/strong> comenzar\u00e1 a entregarse del 22 al 29 de octubre en Quer\u00e9taro, San Luis Potos\u00ed, Puebla y Veracruz, y del 25 de octubre al 5 de noviembre en Hidalgo, donde el levantamiento de censos a\u00fan contin\u00faa debido a las lluvias persistentes.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cA partir del mi\u00e9rcoles inicia la entrega del primer apoyo de 20,000 pesos a todos los hogares damnificados. Todav\u00eda falta una parte del censo, principalmente en Hidalgo, pero en cuanto se concluya en cada localidad, se preparar\u00e1 el primer apoyo\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>De acuerdo con la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar<\/strong>, al 19 de octubre se hab\u00edan <strong>censado <\/strong>70,445 <strong>viviendas afectadas<\/strong>, de las cuales 43,578 se ubican en Veracruz, 10,811 en Puebla, 5,056 en Hidalgo y 2,062 en Quer\u00e9taro. En los estados de Quer\u00e9taro, Puebla y San Luis Potos\u00ed, el censo ya concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta subray\u00f3 que, adem\u00e1s de los apoyos econ\u00f3micos, el Gobierno Federal contin\u00faa atendiendo la <strong>emergencia en zonas sin acceso terrestre<\/strong>, donde se realizan trabajos de limpieza, reapertura de caminos, restablecimiento de agua potable y atenci\u00f3n sanitaria.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNo se trata solo de limpiar caminos o abrir accesos provisionales; tenemos que reconstruir puentes, caminos, cl\u00ednicas, escuelas, viviendas y plantas de tratamiento, adem\u00e1s de recuperar la actividad econ\u00f3mica de las comunidades afectadas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Sheinbaum.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Con este plan, el Gobierno busca garantizar no solo la atenci\u00f3n inmediata a los damnificados, sino tambi\u00e9n la <strong>recuperaci\u00f3n integral de la infraestructura y los servicios p\u00fablicos<\/strong> en las regiones m\u00e1s afectadas
