El evento se realiz\u00f3 del <strong>7 al 9 de octubre en Berl\u00edn<\/strong>, con la presencia de m\u00e1s de <strong>400 instituciones<\/strong> dedicadas a impulsar proyectos sostenibles a nivel global.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales, <strong>Sergio Leal, presidente del Consejo de Vinte<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que la viviendera present\u00f3 su <strong>Modelo de Negocio Sustentable<\/strong>, el cual contribuye a <strong>14 de los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS)<\/strong> de la <strong>Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU)<\/strong>. La representaci\u00f3n de Vinte en el foro estuvo a cargo de <strong>Domingo Vald\u00e9s D\u00edaz<\/strong>, director financiero (CFO) y miembro del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Vinte <strong>ha participado en el GIIN Impact Forum desde 2019<\/strong>, espacio donde se re\u00fane con inversionistas globales y participa en conversaciones sobre cambio clim\u00e1tico, liderazgo en financiamiento tem\u00e1tico y soluciones de transformaci\u00f3n sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>Leal indic\u00f3 que <strong>Vinte realiza inversiones de impacto por m\u00e1s de 400 millones de d\u00f3lares (mdd) anuales<\/strong>, de los cuales <strong>100 mdd<\/strong>se destinan a infraestructura comunitaria, como escuelas, plantas de tratamiento de agua, sistemas de captaci\u00f3n pluvial, cl\u00ednicas y vialidades, mientras que <strong>300 mdd<\/strong> se invierten en la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda sustentable.<\/p>\n<p>Gran parte de las viviendas desarrolladas por la compa\u00f1\u00eda cuentan con certificaci\u00f3n <strong>EDGE, <\/strong>que permite alcanzar <strong>ahorros de energ\u00eda de hasta 35% y reducci\u00f3n de consumo de agua de 40%<\/strong>. Hasta la fecha, <strong>Vinte ha certificado m\u00e1s de 23 mil viviendas EDGE<\/strong>, con lo que ha logrado evitar la emisi\u00f3n de 27 mil toneladas de CO\u2082 y ahorrar m\u00e1s de 1.4 millones de metros c\u00fabicos de agua.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>GIIN<\/strong>, con sede en Nueva York, agrupa a instituciones financieras, fondos de inversi\u00f3n y empresas que buscan escalar las
