{"id":157938,"date":"2025-10-01T17:16:33","date_gmt":"2025-10-01T23:16:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=157938"},"modified":"2025-10-01T17:54:10","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T23:54:10","slug":"inversion-en-infraestructura-y-transporte-prioridad-de-sobse-en-cdmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/inversion-en-infraestructura-y-transporte-prioridad-de-sobse-en-cdmx\/","title":{"rendered":"Inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura y transporte, prioridad de Sobse en CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El titular de Sobse destac\u00f3 que la obra es el camino para mejorar el transporte y espacios p\u00fablicos de la CDMX en favor de los capitalinos <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ra\u00fal Basulto Luviano, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Obras y Servicios de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (Sobse), se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el <strong>transporte es uno de los ejes prioritarios<\/strong> de la obra p\u00fablica. Por ello, el gobierno capitalino desarrolla diversos proyectos.<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario inform\u00f3 que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas <strong>comenzar\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n de la L\u00ednea 14 del Troleb\u00fas<\/strong>. En su primera fase, la ruta ir\u00e1 de <strong>Metro Universidad a Huipulco<\/strong> y, m\u00e1s adelante, se extender\u00e1 hasta la UAM Xochimilco.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n capitalina realizar\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n total por <strong>5,500 millones de pesos (mdp) en diversos proyectos, entre ellos tres nuevas l\u00edneas de Cableb\u00fas<\/strong>: Tlalpan-Coyoac\u00e1n, Magdalena Contreras-\u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n y Milpa Alta-Tl\u00e1huac, lo que beneficiar\u00e1 a 288,000 habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>Esta inversi\u00f3n contempla la <strong>adquisici\u00f3n de<\/strong> <strong>18 nuevos trenes para el Tren Ligero<\/strong>, la\u00a0ampliaci\u00f3n de la terminal y al inicio de los <strong>estudios para la L\u00ednea 0 del Metrob\u00fas<\/strong>, que recorrer\u00e1 hasta 40 kil\u00f3metros sobre Circuito Interior. Adem\u00e1s, impulsar\u00e1 la expansi\u00f3n de la red ciclista, que podr\u00eda alcanzar los 800 kil\u00f3metros de extensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En este \u00faltimo rubro, Basulto Luviano adelant\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n de una <strong>nueva ciclov\u00eda de 32 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong> de ida y vuelta, que conectar\u00e1 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/sobse-pruebas-piloto-ciclovia-calzada-tlalpan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Calzada de Tlalpan<\/a> desde el Centro Hist\u00f3rico<\/strong> hasta Perif\u00e9rico. Destac\u00f3 que esta intervenci\u00f3n es una de las m\u00e1s relevantes por la importancia de la calzada y su papel en la conectividad de la capital.<\/p>\n<h2>Obras de infraestructura en la CDMX<\/h2>\n<p>El titular de Sobse agreg\u00f3 que la ciudad tambi\u00e9n contar\u00e1 con nuevas obras de infraestructura y urbanismo. Entre ellas est\u00e1 la creaci\u00f3n de un <strong>parque elevado sobre la L\u00ednea 2 del Metro<\/strong>, cuya primera etapa abarcar\u00e1 de Tlaxcoaque a Metro Chabacano. Este proyecto incluye la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de banquetas, guarniciones, alumbrado y la recuperaci\u00f3n de 34 bajo puentes peatonales.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Sobse concentra esfuerzos en el <strong>mantenimiento de la carpeta asf\u00e1ltica<\/strong> con apoyo de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas. De enero a septiembre se invirtieron 1,500 millones de pesos, y de octubre a mayo del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o se destinar\u00e1n 2,600 millones m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, Basulto Luviano subray\u00f3 que la obra debe entenderse como un camino para mejorar el transporte y los espacios p\u00fablicos de la ciudad, lo que requiere la <strong>colaboraci\u00f3n de diversos organismos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLa obra no puede verse solo como construcci\u00f3n, sino como una apuesta para mejorar el transporte, los espacios p\u00fablicos, el equipamiento cultural y deportivo, con especial atenci\u00f3n a zonas perif\u00e9ricas hist\u00f3ricamente olvidadas, por lo que es importante del trabajo en equipo y la coordinaci\u00f3n entre gobierno y aliados, como el Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles de M\u00e9xico y sus comit\u00e9s, para sumar esfuerzos y cumplir los objetivos trazados\u201d,
