{"id":157799,"date":"2025-09-25T16:29:21","date_gmt":"2025-09-25T22:29:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=157799"},"modified":"2025-09-25T16:29:21","modified_gmt":"2025-09-25T22:29:21","slug":"construccion-caida-anual-julio-inegi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/sin-categoria\/construccion-caida-anual-julio-inegi\/","title":{"rendered":"Construcci\u00f3n reporta ca\u00edda de 17.7% anual en julio: Inegi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Por otro lado, el personal ocupado en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n cay\u00f3 11.5%, y las horas trabajadas descendieron 13.7% a tasa anual<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la <strong>Encuesta Nacional de Empresas Constructoras<\/strong> (<strong>ENEC<\/strong>) elaborada por el <strong>Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda<\/strong> (<strong>Inegi<\/strong>), durante julio de 2025 el valor de producci\u00f3n de las <strong>empresas constructoras<\/strong> cay\u00f3 17.7% frente al mismo mes del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, en su comparaci\u00f3n mensual, el valor de la construcci\u00f3n decreci\u00f3, en t\u00e9rminos reales, 1.3% por ciento.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-09-25-a-las-16.28.12.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-157801\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-09-25-a-las-16.28.12.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"699\" height=\"313\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-09-25-a-las-16.28.12.png 1284w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-09-25-a-las-16.28.12-300x134.png 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-09-25-a-las-16.28.12-1000x448.png 1000w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-09-25-a-las-16.28.12-768x344.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 699px) 100vw, 699px\" \/><\/a>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Personal ocupado y horas trabajadas a la baja<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Por otro lado, el reporte se\u00f1ala que el <strong>personal ocupado<\/strong> total disminuy\u00f3 11.5% a tasa anual; y en su comparaci\u00f3n mensual, cay\u00f3 0.7% en julio pasado.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de esta categor\u00eda, el <strong>personal no dependiente,<\/strong> es decir, que se contrata y proporciona por otra raz\u00f3n social y por honorarios o comisiones sin sueldo o salario fijo, descendi\u00f3 1.6 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, el personal <strong>dependiente<\/strong> retrocedi\u00f3 0.7%. En particular, las y los obreros bajaron 0.4% y los empleados administrativos 0.6 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, las <strong>horas trabajadas<\/strong> por el personal en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n retrocedieron 0.2% respecto al mes anterior y acumularon una ca\u00edda anual de 13.7 por ciento.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Remuneraciones con leve avance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En contraste, las <strong>remuneraciones medias reales<\/strong> pagadas a los trabajadores registraron un aumento de 0.5% mensual y 2.1% anual. Por componente, los salarios de los obreros subieron 0.7% y los sueldos de empleados administrativos, 0.3 por ciento.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Resultados por entidad federativa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A nivel estatal, se observaron contrastes importantes. <strong>Tlaxcala<\/strong> destac\u00f3 con un repunte de 93.9% en el valor de producci\u00f3n, mientras que estados como <strong>Oaxaca<\/strong> (-74.5%) y <strong>Quintana Roo<\/strong> (-66.2%) mostraron las ca\u00eddas m\u00e1s pronunciadas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por otro lado, el personal ocupado en el sector
