3,700 mdp, GCDMX concluir\u00e1 reconstrucci\u00f3n de viviendas afectadas por 19S"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La Jefa de Gobierno se comprometi\u00f3 a concluir la reconstrucci\u00f3n de dichas viviendas en el primer semestre del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En el marco del 8\u00b0 aniversario del sismo del 19 de septiembre de 2017, <strong>Clara Brugada Molina, jefa de Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de 3,700 millones de pesos para concluir el proceso de <strong>reconstrucci\u00f3n de las viviendas<\/strong> faltantes.<\/p>\n<p>Durante una reuni\u00f3n con grupos y colectivos de personas cuyas viviendas resultaron afectadas por el sismo, la mandataria capitalina, junto con los titulares de las <strong>Secretar\u00edas de Finanzas y de Vivienda<\/strong>, firmaron un <strong>Acuerdo General<\/strong> para formalizar el compromiso de concluir el proceso de reconstrucci\u00f3n de dichas viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon motivo del octavo aniversario del sismo que afect\u00f3 a nuestra ciudad el 19 de septiembre del 2017, tengo a bien firmar el siguiente <strong>Acuerdo General<\/strong> en beneficio de las damnificadas y los damnificados del terremoto, con el fin de culminar el proceso de reconstrucci\u00f3n, tal y como lo establece la <strong>Ley y el Plan para la Reconstrucci\u00f3n Integral de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>\u201d, subray\u00f3 Brugada.<\/p>\n<p>El documento contempla diversos considerandos, entre los que destacan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El compromiso asumido por el Gobierno capitalino para garantizar que todos los damnificados del sismo ocurrido el 19 de septiembre de 2017 accedan al <strong>derecho a la vivienda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Compromiso de realizar lo necesario para que las <strong>obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n o reconstrucci\u00f3n<\/strong> concluyan \u00edntegramente y se entreguen <strong>viviendas adecuadas<\/strong> y con todas las condiciones de habitabilidad que establecen las leyes y dem\u00e1s disposiciones aplicables.<\/li>\n<li>Impulsar un modelo de <strong>planeaci\u00f3n urbana sostenible<\/strong>, <strong>justo<\/strong> y <strong>democr\u00e1tico<\/strong>, as\u00ed como el compromiso con la erradicaci\u00f3n de cualquier forma de corrupci\u00f3n inmobiliaria que ponga en riesgo la seguridad de las viviendas o que afecte el ordenamiento territorial de la ciudad.<\/li>\n<li>Garantizar que el proceso de reconstrucci\u00f3n culmine a m\u00e1s tardar durante el <strong>primer semestre del 2026<\/strong> y con los recursos presupuestales suficientes, salvo en casos excepcionales que no dependan del Gobierno de la CDMX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cAqu\u00ed estamos para hacer un compromiso con ustedes y con todos los grupos de damnificados (&#8230;), el compromiso es concluir el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, en el primer semestre del a\u00f1o, ese es el objetivo\u201d, indic\u00f3 <strong>Brugada Molina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la titular del Ejecutivo local asever\u00f3 que tanto para las y los damnificados como para el Gobierno que encabeza, es una prioridad concluir la <strong>reconstrucci\u00f3n de viviendas afectadas<\/strong>, proceso que, subray\u00f3, fue iniciado por la pasada administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 acci\u00f3n de gobierno, detall\u00f3, contempl\u00f3 la reconstrucci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 22,000 viviendas, de las cuales m\u00e1s de 19,000 lograron su conclusi\u00f3n, por lo que la labor de su gesti\u00f3n es concluir las restantes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Jefa de Gobierno se comprometi\u00f3 a concluir la
