{"id":157687,"date":"2025-09-17T17:28:30","date_gmt":"2025-09-17T23:28:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=157687"},"modified":"2025-09-17T17:28:30","modified_gmt":"2025-09-17T23:28:30","slug":"reforzar-seguridad-motociclistas-ley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/reforzar-seguridad-motociclistas-ley\/","title":{"rendered":"Buscan reforzar seguridad de motociclistas en la Ley de Movilidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En 2022 se registraron 53,629 accidentes con motociclistas involucrados, cifra que aument\u00f3 a 79,283 en 2023<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En respuesta al creciente n\u00famero de accidentes en los que se ven involucrados <strong>motociclistas<\/strong>, el <strong>diputado Daniel Andrade Zurutuza<\/strong> present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma a la <strong>Ley General de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial<\/strong> para reforzar las medidas de protecci\u00f3n de quienes utilizan este tipo de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta plantea modificar el art\u00edculo 49 de la legislaci\u00f3n vigente con el fin de establecer <strong>reglas claras para conductores y pasajeros de motocicletas<\/strong>, as\u00ed como de veh\u00edculos de dos o tres ruedas capaces de superar los 25 kil\u00f3metros por hora.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los puntos centrales, se busca que el n\u00famero de <strong>personas a bordo<\/strong> no exceda la capacidad m\u00e1xima permitida por las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas o las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas del fabricante.<\/p>\n<p>Otro aspecto relevante de la iniciativa es el <strong>uso obligatorio del casco de seguridad<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, se propone que estos dispositivos incluyan una calcoman\u00eda visible con el n\u00famero de placa de la motocicleta, expedido por la autoridad competente.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>Andrade Zurutuza<\/strong>, resulta frecuente que se transporten m\u00e1s usuarios de los permitidos y que se circule sin la protecci\u00f3n adecuada, pr\u00e1cticas que aumentan significativamente el riesgo de lesiones fatales.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, subray\u00f3 que el <strong>uso correcto del casco<\/strong> puede prevenir hasta 40% de los fallecimientos y 70% de las lesiones graves derivadas de un accidente.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el legislador respald\u00f3 la iniciativa con estad\u00edsticas del <strong>Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (INEGI<\/strong>) que evidencian la gravedad del problema:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En 2022 se registraron 53,629 <strong>accidentes con motociclistas involucrados<\/strong>, cifra que aument\u00f3 a 79,283 en 2023.<\/li>\n<li>En la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, m\u00e1s del 50% de las <strong>muertes por accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito<\/strong> est\u00e1n relacionadas con motocicletas.<\/li>\n<li>A nivel nacional, en 2023 fallecieron <strong>5,213 motociclistas<\/strong>, lo que represent\u00f3 el 62% de las defunciones por siniestros viales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La iniciativa fue turnada a la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Movilidad de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados<\/strong> para su an\u00e1lisis y dictamen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En 2022 se registraron 53,629
