Para ello resulta clave la participaci\u00f3n de la ingenier\u00eda, la arquitectura y el urbanismo.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo se\u00f1al\u00f3 Ricardo Gonz\u00e1lez Lomel\u00ed, presidente de la C\u00e1mara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n (CMIC) de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, durante el<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/metas-bando-1-rgobierno-sector-privado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0\u2018Di\u00e1logo Desarrolladores Inmobiliarios\u2019<\/a>,\u00a0realizado como parte de los foros abiertos para analizar las propuestas del <strong>Bando 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cCuando hablamos de vivienda, no solamente hablamos de las casas o los departamentos. Para esto se necesita infraestructura, conectividad, infraestructura educativa, infraestructura de salud. Y dentro de estos temas es muy importante la ingenier\u00eda, la arquitectura y urbanismo que han evolucionado de la mano con la humanidad, transformando las ideas de espacios funcionales, seguros y resilientes\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Se mostr\u00f3<strong> a favor<\/strong> de los programas que incluye el <strong>Bando 1 para facilitar la construcci\u00f3n y acceso a la vivienda<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLa construcci\u00f3n de vivienda asequible y p\u00fablica, mediante el esquema de renta para sectores prioritarios, con opci\u00f3n a compra, representa una soluci\u00f3n al ampliar la oferta de vivienda, porque es lo que requerimos en la ciudad: m\u00e1s viviendas y vivienda accesible, que es lo que ayudar\u00e1 a reducir los efectos de la identificaci\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sin embargo, subray\u00f3 que <strong>cada nuevo desarrollo debe contar con planeaci\u00f3n urbana que garantice la infraestructura necesaria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAsimismo, es imprescindible dise\u00f1ar proyectos de desarrollo urbanos, inteligentes y de largo plazo; es decir, hogares que est\u00e9n bien conectados con infraestructura vial, pr\u00f3ximos a zonas laborales y escolares, y avanzar de manera constante en la actualizaci\u00f3n de las pol\u00edticas de vivienda\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Para alcanzar este objetivo, Gonz\u00e1lez Lomel\u00ed se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Gobierno de la CDMX debe actualizar los planes de desarrollo, los tr\u00e1mites y los usos de suelo, con el fin <strong>de impulsar la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda y frenar la gentrificaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEn resumen, la actualizaci\u00f3n de planes de desarrollo urbano, la creaci\u00f3n de reservas de suelo accesible, la definici\u00f3n de estrategias de redensificaci\u00f3n, la simplificaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites administrativos, la promoci\u00f3n de la movilidad sostenible y la reducci\u00f3n de la expansi\u00f3n urbana descontrolada, todo esto puede contribuir de manera es significativa revertir los efectos de la gentrificaci\u00f3n\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la implementaci\u00f3n de estas estrategias no solo enfrentar\u00eda este fen\u00f3meno, sino que <strong>tambi\u00e9n frenar\u00eda la autoconstrucci\u00f3n no regulada<\/strong> y la invasi\u00f3n de zonas protegidas de inter\u00e9s ecol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, sostuvo que hist\u00f3ricamente la humanidad ha otorgado un gran peso simb\u00f3lico a la vivienda, al grado de que la <strong>correcta planeaci\u00f3n de los complejos propicia la vida en comunidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLa vivienda es el n\u00facleo donde se teje la identidad, la memoria y la cohesi\u00f3n social. Una vivienda bien planificada y accesible fortalecen los lazos comunitarios, promoviendo la permanencia de familias en sus barrios y fomentando la participaci\u00f3n en la vida humana. Al garantizar que las personas puedan vivir dignamente en su entorno, la vivienda se convierte en un motor de estabilidad elemento fundamental para la ciudad resilientes\u201d,
