{"id":157281,"date":"2025-08-26T20:03:46","date_gmt":"2025-08-27T02:03:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=157281"},"modified":"2025-08-26T20:03:46","modified_gmt":"2025-08-27T02:03:46","slug":"fovissste-construir-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/fovissste-construir-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Tras m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os, Fovissste volver\u00e1 a construir vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>De esta manera, el Fovissste contribuir\u00e1 al PVB con la construcci\u00f3n de 100,000 viviendas para trabajadores del Estado con salarios de hasta 13,700 pesos<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Este martes, en votaci\u00f3n un\u00e1nime durante la <strong>Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria 955 de la Comisi\u00f3n Ejecutiva del Fondo de la Vivienda del ISSSTE<\/strong> (<strong>Fovissste<\/strong>), se determin\u00f3 que, tras m\u00e1s de tres d\u00e9cadas, el organismo recuperar\u00e1 sus atribuciones para la <strong>construcci\u00f3n de vivienda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano<\/strong> (<strong>Sedatu<\/strong>), <strong>gobiernos estatales<\/strong> y <strong>municipales<\/strong>, el <strong>Fovissste<\/strong> contribuir\u00e1 al <strong>Programa de Vivienda para el Bienestar<\/strong> (<strong>PVB<\/strong>) con la construcci\u00f3n de 100,000 viviendas adecuadas para trabajadores al servicio del Estado con salarios de hasta 13,700 pesos y que no tengan vivienda<\/p>\n<p>Y, adem\u00e1s de la construcci\u00f3n, habr\u00e1 modalidades de <strong>adquisici\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>rehabilitaci\u00f3n de inmuebles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo hay mejor prop\u00f3sito que contribuir en la transformaci\u00f3n del <strong>Fovissste<\/strong>, hacer justicia social con la recomposici\u00f3n de los cr\u00e9ditos y con su nuevo dise\u00f1o, con devolver la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica del Estado de construir vivienda social a trav\u00e9s del <strong>Fovissste<\/strong> para las y los trabajadores del Estado. Y sin duda es un honor ser parte de la nueva historia social y humanista del Fondo de la Vivienda\u201d, dijo <strong>Jabnely Maldonado, vocal ejecutiva del Fondo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>Edna Vega Rangel, titular de la Sedatu<\/strong>, celebr\u00f3 que el <strong>Fovissste<\/strong> se sume al <strong>PVB<\/strong>, el cual, agreg\u00f3, se centra en el derecho humano a la vivienda adecuada y beneficiar\u00e1 a millones de personas, entre ellas personas trabajadoras del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, en la sesi\u00f3n, se present\u00f3 un informe que refleja las siete l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n del <strong>Programa de Justicia Social del Fovissste<\/strong>, que beneficiar\u00e1n a 400,000 acreditados y acreditadas.<\/p>\n<p>Y, de igual manera, se expusieron los avances de otras iniciativas como el <strong>Programa de Reestructura de Cr\u00e9ditos<\/strong> y la aplicaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites de liquidaci\u00f3n por beneficio de la extinci\u00f3n de la
