{"id":157101,"date":"2025-08-15T15:35:34","date_gmt":"2025-08-15T21:35:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=157101"},"modified":"2025-08-15T15:35:34","modified_gmt":"2025-08-15T21:35:34","slug":"vinte-javer-triplican-operaciones-mungarro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/vinte-javer-triplican-operaciones-mungarro\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinte y Javer triplican ingresos y operaciones: Mungarro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El CEO de Vinte se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la adquisici\u00f3n de Javer refleja la solidez del sector vivienda y de la confianza por invertir en M\u00e9xico<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A finales de 2024, Vinte adquiri\u00f3 el<strong>\u00a099.95% de las acciones de la desarrolladora\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.javer.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Javer<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0por un total de 4,288 millones de pesos (mdp), a trav\u00e9s de la Oferta P\u00fablica de Adquisici\u00f3n (OPA).<\/p>\n<p>Al cierre de julio, Ren\u00e9 Jaime Mungarro, CEO de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=vinte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vinte<\/a>,\u00a0inform\u00f3 que esta adquisici\u00f3n representa un movimiento estrat\u00e9gico muy importante, ya que <strong>permiti\u00f3 a ambas empresas triplicar sus ingresos. <\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEsta fue una operaci\u00f3n muy importante de crecimiento estrat\u00e9gico; triplicamos el volumen de operaci\u00f3n y el de ingresos. Eso tambi\u00e9n es una manifestaci\u00f3n de confianza en el sector, y las condiciones est\u00e1n dadas\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En conferencia de prensa, coment\u00f3 que la adquisici\u00f3n no es una fusi\u00f3n, sino la integraci\u00f3n y aprovechamiento de las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de ambas desarrolladoras bajo un proceso horizontal.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHemos decidido que, en paralelo, vamos a trabajar con los dos modelos de negocio, poque ambos son muy exitosos. No es propiamente una fusi\u00f3n, es una integraci\u00f3n de las dos compa\u00f1\u00edas, de los dos modelos de negocio, de las dos marcas, tomando las mejores pr\u00e1cticas\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, mediante el uso combinado de las mejores estrategias, buscan <strong>conservar el prestigio y calidad de Vinte y Javer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTambi\u00e9n buscamos conservar el prestigio de las dos marcas, aportando al mercado lo que sabemos hacer. Este proceso nos ha dejado muy buena experiencia en estos primeros meses. Hemos cumplido con el plan de negocio\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, Mungarro destac\u00f3 que la adquisici\u00f3n de Javer refleja la <strong>confianza en el sector vivienda<\/strong> y el inter\u00e9s por continuar invirtiendo en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLos mensajes (de la adquisici\u00f3n) son muchos, pero el principal es de mensaje de confianza, de certeza, pero, sobre todo, de que en este pa\u00eds, con este modelo que hemos creado se pueden hacer las cosas.
