{"id":157086,"date":"2025-08-14T16:38:27","date_gmt":"2025-08-14T22:38:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=157086"},"modified":"2025-08-14T17:12:54","modified_gmt":"2025-08-14T23:12:54","slug":"segunda-ola-nearshoring-nuevos-sectores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/segunda-ola-nearshoring-nuevos-sectores\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico podr\u00eda vivir una segunda ola de nearshoring con la integraci\u00f3n de nuevos sectores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Las exportaciones del sector de maquinaria y equipo de c\u00f3mputo han crecido m\u00e1s de 48%, lo que representa una nueva oportunidad para el nearshoring<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el an\u00e1lisis de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bancobase.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Banco BASE<\/a>:\u00a0\u2018Aranceles, exportaciones y la posibilidad de una nueva oportunidad de <strong>nearshoring<\/strong> para M\u00e9xico\u2019, se podr\u00eda presentar una <strong>nueva ola<\/strong> de este fen\u00f3meno, sin embargo, la industria automotriz ya no contar\u00eda con un papel tan relevante y ser\u00eda reemplazado por <strong>industrias con ventajas arancelarias y log\u00edsticas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Durante los primeros cinco meses de 2025, el comercio entre M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos mostr\u00f3 un cambio estructural: por primera vez en m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada, el cap\u00edtulo 84 del Sistema Armonizado, que agrupa <strong>maquinaria y computadoras, super\u00f3 al sector automotriz<\/strong> como principal exportaci\u00f3n mexicana al mercado estadounidense.<\/p>\n<p>Este cap\u00edtulo concentr\u00f3 el 25.9% de las <strong>importaciones de Estados Unidos desde M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, con un <strong>crecimiento anual de 48.24%,<\/strong> mientras que el cap\u00edtulo 87, que incluye <strong>autom\u00f3viles<\/strong> y autopartes, registr\u00f3 una<strong> ca\u00edda de 6.40 por ciento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El banco se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la pol\u00edtica comercial de Estados Unidos ha sido clave en esta reconfiguraci\u00f3n. Los <strong>aranceles sectoriales<\/strong> al acero, aluminio y productos automotrices han <strong>encarecido las exportaciones de estas industrias<\/strong>. En el caso de <strong>veh\u00edculos<\/strong>, el arancel <strong>promedio es de 9.32%,<\/strong> en contraste, <strong>las computadoras pagan apenas 0.15% de arancel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El impacto en la inversi\u00f3n ya se refleja en las cifras, pues entre 2006 y 2024, la industria automotriz fue el principal receptor de Inversi\u00f3n Extranjera Directa (IED) en M\u00e9xico, acumulando 91,103 millones de d\u00f3lares (mdd). Sin embargo, en 2024, la entrada de capital estadounidense al sector cay\u00f3 a 245 mdd, el nivel m\u00e1s bajo desde 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Este an\u00e1lisis tambi\u00e9n indic\u00f3 que el descenso contrasta con la creciente relevancia de la fabricaci\u00f3n de equipo de computaci\u00f3n y electr\u00f3nicos, que entre 2006 y 2024 capt\u00f3 22,484 mdd y ahora se perfila como un sector con amplio potencial de crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>BASE se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta tendencia sugiere que la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/fibra-next-segunda-ola-nearshoring\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">segunda ola<\/a> de nearshoring podr\u00eda estar liderada por el fortalecimiento de sectores tecnol\u00f3gicos<\/strong> y manufactureros no tradicionales, capaces de atraer inversiones de largo plazo y reducir la participaci\u00f3n de la industria automotriz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las exportaciones del sector de maquinaria y
