{"id":157052,"date":"2025-08-13T14:31:17","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T20:31:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=157052"},"modified":"2025-08-13T14:31:17","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T20:31:17","slug":"5-8-millones-rezago-habitacional-sedatu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/5-8-millones-rezago-habitacional-sedatu\/","title":{"rendered":"5.8 millones de personas salieron del rezago habitacional: Sedatu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>\u201cEn este periodo, el rezago habitacional disminuy\u00f3 al pasar de 9.24 millones de viviendas en 2018 a 8.38 millones en 2024\u201d<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano<\/strong> (<strong>Sedatu<\/strong>) report\u00f3 que, seg\u00fan datos de la <strong>Encuesta Nacional de Ingresos y Gastos de Hogares<\/strong> (<strong>ENIGH<\/strong>) 2024 del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (Inegi), m\u00e1s de 5.8 millones de personas salieron del <strong>rezago habitacional<\/strong> de 2018 a 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior equivale al 5.5% del parque de <strong>viviendas en condici\u00f3n de rezago<\/strong> <strong>habitacional<\/strong>, ya que en 2018 el porcentaje era de 27.3, mientras que en 2024 baj\u00f3 a 21.9 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, <strong>Edna Vega Rangel, titular de la Sedatu<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que la ENIGH revel\u00f3 que son cinco estados los que registraron la mayor reducci\u00f3n del rezago habitacional en t\u00e9rminos porcentuales: <strong>Baja California<\/strong> 12.4%; <strong>Quintana Roo<\/strong> 9.4%; <strong>Colima<\/strong> y <strong>Veracruz<\/strong> 8.7%; y en <strong>Oaxaca<\/strong>, 8.2 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe ha avanzado de manera importante en la <strong>producci\u00f3n social de la vivienda<\/strong>, y vamos a continuar en el gobierno de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum, ya que uno de los proyectos prioritarios es la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda, lo cual se traduce en acciones concretas como la edificaci\u00f3n de 1.2 millones de viviendas nuevas, 1.5 millones de mejoramientos y ampliaciones y un mill\u00f3n de escrituras\u201d, dijo <strong>Vega Rangel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>Circe D\u00edaz Duarte, directora general de Pol\u00edtica de Vivienda de la Sedatu<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que estos resultados reafirman la tendencia en la disminuci\u00f3n del <strong>rezago habitacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn este periodo, el rezago disminuy\u00f3 al pasar de 9.24 millones en 2018 a 8.38 millones de viviendas en 2024. En t\u00e9rminos relativos, la vivienda con rezago respecto al parque habitacional se redujo en 5.5% entre 2018 y 2024, comparado con el sexenio de 2012 a 2018 donde disminuy\u00f3 \u00fanicamente 3.4%\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la funcionaria detall\u00f3 que la encuesta identifica cuatro <strong>grupos poblacionales prioritarios<\/strong> con mayor rezago: en primer lugar, 35.1% de las personas que se reconocen como <strong>ind\u00edgenas<\/strong> habitan una vivienda en rezago; en segundo lugar se posicionan las <strong>personas j\u00f3venes<\/strong> de 18 a 30 a\u00f1os con 24.7%; las <strong>personas mayores a 60 a\u00f1os<\/strong> se encuentran en tercer lugar con el 22.8%, y finalmente las <strong>mujeres jefas de hogar<\/strong> con el 20.4% de rezago.<\/p>\n<p>Y, en relaci\u00f3n con el nivel de ingresos, el 47.7% de los hogares que ganan menos de 10,183 pesos habitan en condiciones de rezago. Por ello, el <strong>Programa de Vivienda para el Bienestar <\/strong>(<strong>PVB<\/strong>) del Gobierno Federal se enfoca en estos grupos prioritarios y prioriza a la poblaci\u00f3n que percibe
