Adem\u00e1s de la <strong>escrituraci\u00f3n de 7,134 viviendas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Estas cifras fueron reportadas por la empresa a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) a trav\u00e9s de sus resultados correspondientes al periodo enero-junio de 2025. En el documento, Vinte detall\u00f3 que su <strong>utilidad neta fue de 594.8 millones de pesos<\/strong> (mdp), un crecimiento del 10.8%, e <strong>ingresos por 6,938.5 mdp<\/strong>, lo que representa un alza del 4\u202fpor ciento.<\/p>\n<p>En ese contexto, <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=sergio+leal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sergio Leal<\/a> Aguirre, presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3 de Vinte, destac\u00f3 que este <strong>desempe\u00f1o se encuentra alineado con las expectativas de su modelo de negocio. <\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLos resultados de este primer semestre van en l\u00ednea con los planes que tenemos para este a\u00f1o hacia un crecimiento de doble d\u00edgito en ingresos en el
