oficinas, viviendas y comercios <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Foster + Partners<\/strong> (<strong>F+P<\/strong>) present\u00f3 un plan maestro para transformar el <strong>distrito de Putuo en Shangh\u00e1i<\/strong>, China, centrado en la <strong>regeneraci\u00f3n urbana<\/strong> del \u00e1rea que rodea la estaci\u00f3n de tren oeste, creando una nueva puerta de entrada a la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, de 3.2 kil\u00f3metros cuadrados, est\u00e1 estructurado en torno a los principales <strong>medios de transporte<\/strong>, e incluye dos <strong>corredores peatonales<\/strong> paralelos que conectan la estaci\u00f3n del tren con el <strong>Templo Zhenru<\/strong> y un nuevo centro urbano planificado en un terreno actualmente sin desarrollar.<\/p>\n<p>Estas v\u00edas peatonales que atravesar\u00e1n el distrito estar\u00e1n rodeadas de \u00e1rboles melocotoneros, comercios y servicios p\u00fablicos; adem\u00e1s de que se crear\u00e1n nuevos edificios culturales a lo largo del eje del <strong>Templo Zhenru<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/west-station_2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-156463 \" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/west-station_2.jpg\" (max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/a>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el dise\u00f1o de <strong>F+P<\/strong> para el nuevo centro del distrito incorpora una combinaci\u00f3n de <strong>espacios culturales, instalaciones deportivas, oficinas, viviendas y comercios<\/strong> en un terreno adyacente de 234,000 metros cuadrados, as\u00ed como una <strong>nueva torre de uso mixto<\/strong> que se convertir\u00e1 en el eje central del \u00e1rea y estar\u00e1 abierto las 24 horas.<\/p>\n<p>Y, de igual manera, se revitalizar\u00e1 la zona de la <strong>Estaci\u00f3n de Ferrocarril Oeste de Shangh\u00e1i <\/strong>con un parque p\u00fablico y una plaza con asientos integrados, conectada a la pasarela elevada, adem\u00e1s de que se busca crear un centro de transporte integrado que conecte m\u00faltiples modos de transporte.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, <strong>Marilu Sicoli, de F+P,<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que el proyecto aprovecha los recursos existentes del sitio, \u201cmejorando la red de canales, ampliando las zonas verdes y mejorando las conexiones con importantes lugares de inter\u00e9s cultural\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, coment\u00f3 que el proyecto incluye la eliminaci\u00f3n de barreras a lo largo del borde del canal para mejorar las vistas del agua y la experiencia peatonal; y refleja la comprensi\u00f3n de la empresa sobre <strong>estrategias ambientales<\/strong>, que incluyen \u00e1reas verdes urbanas, sistemas de recolecci\u00f3n de agua de lluvia en azoteas y paneles fotovoltaicos integrados.<\/p>\n<a
