{"id":156423,"date":"2025-07-15T16:45:22","date_gmt":"2025-07-15T22:45:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=156423"},"modified":"2025-07-15T16:45:22","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T22:45:22","slug":"sector-hotelero-ocupacion-cbre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/sector-hotelero-ocupacion-cbre\/","title":{"rendered":"Sector hotelero al alza; ocupaci\u00f3n promedio alcanza 58.7%: CBRE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>CBRE indic\u00f3 que el aumento en la llegada de turistas internacionales ha fortalecido la recuperaci\u00f3n del sector hotelero en M\u00e9xico<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan datos de <strong>CBRE M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, este 2025, el <strong>sector hotelero mexicano<\/strong> contin\u00faa consolid\u00e1ndose como uno de los pilares fundamentales de la econom\u00eda nacional, representando aproximadamente el 8.6% del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB).<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, de acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo (Sectur), entre enero y abril del presente a\u00f1o, la <strong>ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera<\/strong> <strong>promedio<\/strong> en los 70 destinos tur\u00edsticos monitoreados fue de 58.7 por ciento.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-07-15-a-las-16.43.09.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-156425 \" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-07-15-a-las-16.43.09.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"699\" height=\"431\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-07-15-a-las-16.43.09.png 1178w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-07-15-a-las-16.43.09-300x185.png 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-07-15-a-las-16.43.09-1000x616.png 1000w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-07-15-a-las-16.43.09-768x473.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 699px) 100vw, 699px\" \/><\/a>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, <strong>CBRE<\/strong> indic\u00f3 que, en dicho periodo, M\u00e9xico recibi\u00f3 un total de 15.6 millones de <strong>turistas internacionales<\/strong>, un aumento del 6% frente a 2024 y del 6.2% respecto a 2019. Entre los destinos de playa, <strong>Canc\u00fan<\/strong> y <strong>Los Cabos<\/strong> lideraron en llegadas internacionales por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea, mientras que la <strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> se mantuvo como el principal destino en los centros de negocios.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la llegada de turistas internacionales v\u00eda a\u00e9rea, <strong>Argentina<\/strong> ingres\u00f3 al Top de nacionalidades, con un crecimiento del 28.4% respecto al a\u00f1o anterior. Por su parte, el aumento de turistas provenientes de <strong>Canad\u00e1<\/strong> se atribuye a una combinaci\u00f3n de factores pol\u00edticos, econ\u00f3micos y tur\u00edsticos que han hecho de M\u00e9xico un destino m\u00e1s atractivo para ese mercado.<\/p>\n<p>En contraste, se ha observado una disminuci\u00f3n en la llegada de turistas desde <strong>Estados Unidos, Colombia y Reino Unido<\/strong>, lo que sugiere una posible reconfiguraci\u00f3n en los flujos tur\u00edsticos regionales.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl aumento en la <strong>llegada de turistas internacionales<\/strong> ha fortalecido la recuperaci\u00f3n del sector hotelero en M\u00e9xico, impulsando su crecimiento sostenido, especialmente en los ingresos por habitaci\u00f3n disponible\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la firma.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, <strong>CBRE<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que <strong>Los Cabos<\/strong> y la <strong>Riviera Maya<\/strong> destacan con los mayores incrementos entre los principales destinos tur\u00edsticos mexicanos; adem\u00e1s de que Los Cabos se mantiene como el destino m\u00e1s atractivo para invertir, consolid\u00e1ndose como un referente de lujo en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, durante enero y mayo de 2025 se aperturaron m\u00e1s de <strong>2,280 nuevos cuartos de hotel<\/strong>, de los cuales <strong>Canc\u00fan<\/strong> registr\u00f3 m\u00e1s 1,715 cuartos (75%), <strong>Riviera Maya <\/strong>355 (16%) y <strong>Riviera Nayarit<\/strong> 140 (6%), y se estima que, durante el segundo semestre de 2025, m\u00e1s de 3,900 nuevos cuartos entrar\u00e1n en operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cM\u00e9xico se ha consolidado como un destino clave, con m\u00faltiples marcas de lujo expandiendo su presencia. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el pa\u00eds ha registrado numerosas aperturas, desde cadenas globales hasta desarrollos boutique. Las principales cadenas hoteleras mantienen una visi\u00f3n optimista y anticipan un crecimiento entorno resiliente durante 2025.
