resiliente y con enfoque intergeneracional\u201d<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Gobierno de Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong> aprob\u00f3 y public\u00f3 en su Peri\u00f3dico Oficial el <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/nl-programa-desarrollo-urbano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Programa Estatal de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano<\/strong><\/a>, instrumento rector de la planeaci\u00f3n territorial que orientar\u00e1 el <strong>desarrollo equilibrado, sustentable y competitivo <\/strong>de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho Programa, elaborado en conjunto por la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Desarrollo Urbano<\/strong> y la <strong>ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong>, contempla aspectos como el <strong>cambio clim\u00e1tico<\/strong>, la <strong>vida silvestre<\/strong>, el <strong>desarrollo forestal sustentable<\/strong>, <strong>movilidad<\/strong>, <strong>crecimiento urbano<\/strong>, <strong>sustentabilidad<\/strong> y <strong>competitividad econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior con el objetivo de que el documento refleje las <strong>necesidades reales del territorio <\/strong>y se convierta en una herramienta efectiva para la toma de decisiones a nivel estatal y municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el <strong>Programa<\/strong> responde al mandato constitucional de garantizar el derecho a un <strong>medio ambiente sano<\/strong>, acceso al <strong>agua<\/strong> y <strong>vivienda digna<\/strong>, conforme al art\u00edculo 4\u00ba de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se alinea con las disposiciones de las leyes generales en materia de cambio clim\u00e1tico, vida silvestre y desarrollo forestal sustentable, integrando <strong>estrategias de mitigaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que fortalecen la resiliencia territorial ante los retos ambientales y sociales del presente y futuro.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon este Programa, <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong> avanza hacia una visi\u00f3n de desarrollo territorial responsable, resiliente y con enfoque intergeneracional, reafirmando el compromiso con una planeaci\u00f3n ordenada, que garantice calidad de vida, infraestructura estrat\u00e9gica y protecci\u00f3n ambiental para las presentes y futuras generaciones\u201d, indic\u00f3
