{"id":155657,"date":"2025-06-10T19:06:45","date_gmt":"2025-06-11T01:06:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?p=155657"},"modified":"2025-06-10T19:21:38","modified_gmt":"2025-06-11T01:21:38","slug":"ecommerce-impulsor-sector-industrial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/ecommerce-impulsor-sector-industrial\/","title":{"rendered":"Ecommerce, impulsor del sector industrial los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Guti\u00e9rrez destac\u00f3 que las ciudades con mayor crecimiento industrial ser\u00e1n los principales centros de consumo, especialmente aquellas con alta demanda en ecommerce<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Carlos Guti\u00e9rrez, socio director y cofundador de Artha Capital, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el ecommerce ha registrado un crecimiento notable, lo que ha impulsado a otros segmentos como la <strong>demanda de espacios y la log\u00edstica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/adi-the-real-estate-show\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Real Estate Show<\/a><\/strong> 2025, el especialista destac\u00f3 que, en gran medida, el sector industrial est\u00e1 enfocado en satisfacer las necesidades del cliente, por lo que se mantiene en <strong>constante cambio y adaptaci\u00f3n al mercado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de estos cambios es la adopci\u00f3n e impulso del comercio electr\u00f3nico, segmento que tiene una gran <strong>oportunidad de crecimiento a largo plazo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEn los \u00faltimos seis a\u00f1os, el ecommerce ha crecido a un ritmo del 20% y, en los pr\u00f3ximos 10 a\u00f1os, se proyecta que ser\u00e1 una industria a nivel global de 20 trillones de d\u00f3lares. Esta cifra supera a la industria digital, la inteligencia artificial, habr\u00e1 inversiones por 5,000 millones de d\u00f3lares\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que el comercio electr\u00f3nico requiere la operaci\u00f3n de distintos segmentos del sector industrial. Actualmente, representa m\u00e1s del <strong>50% de la demanda en servicios de <\/strong><strong>\u00faltima milla<\/strong>, y prev\u00e9 un dinamismo importante en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLa tendencia que estamos viendo desde el comercio electr\u00f3nico, por cada bill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares, se requieren 1.5 millones de pies cuadrados de espacios industriales. En M\u00e9xico, la inversi\u00f3n va a subir a 47,000 millones de d\u00f3lares. Creo que es el sector al que nos tenemos que enfocarnos, y en el sector de la \u00faltima, \u00faltima milla\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En ese sentido, Guti\u00e9rrez afirm\u00f3 que las zonas con mayor crecimiento ser\u00e1n los principales centros de consumo del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cVemos fuera de la norma del crecimiento industrial al comercio electr\u00f3nico, que tambi\u00e9n va muy ligado con la log\u00edstica. En ese sentido, los principales centros de consumo del pa\u00eds han registrado un crecimiento que ronda el 20% en los \u00faltimos seis a\u00f1os y eso seguir\u00e1\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bajo este contexto, el especialista se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, para propiciar el desarrollo del ecommerce, el <strong>sector industrial deber\u00eda enfocar
